This is our go-to coffee stop! The Dancing Mule has an amazing assortment of eats and coffee drinks that are all good. Our lattes are always served at JUST the right temperature, and you absolutely cannot go wrong starting your day off with a gently warmed sausage & cheddar cheese scone, which are always large, fluffy, and disappear so fast once they reach my hands!

This is a wonderful little coffee shop that has an excellent choice of fairly priced coffee and breakfast snacks/pastries. The Dancing Mule Coffee shop uses Dillanos Coffee Roasters, which is a WA based company that's known for its premium roasted beans. If you ever get the chance, buy some coffee from the Dancing Mule Coffee shop and treat yourself to its outstanding aroma!

Great coffee, great staff! Just don't give frappuccino to your young children before a 6-hour road trip, even if they beg :) Fun to watch for a while but 4 pit stops later your spouse might get frustrated. Woops! Enjoy a good coffee at Dancing Mule Coffee shop.

I’ve always been through the drive-thru, but I've always had a great experience. The staff is very amicable and customer-oriented. 🥰

My vote is in: five glorious stars. I grabbed a medium roast pour over and had it served to me in a wonderfully inviting mug. The service was spot on and the atmosphere was on point. I even heard some fantastic music (M83) as I sipped slowly and savored the love. Start your day off right and treat yourself to a delicious cup of coffee from The Dancing Mule.

The drive-thru is a bit precarious but it exists! The service is fast and friendly; the owners are good folks. Most importantly, the pastries and drinks are delicious! Great little Springfield haunt.

Having just moved back to Springfield from Puyallup, WA, I missed the abundance of good mom and pop coffee shops. I was very happy to find Dancing Mule, not only do the have the atmosphere I missed but they source their beans from Dillanos in Sumner, WA (literally the next town over from Puyallup.) It was great to have a taste of the Northwest right here in Springfield.

I like smaller, local coffee companies because they offer a better quality product than larger ones such as Starbucks.
Dancing Mule is a good middle place between the Starbucks mentality to coffee, while being a great, non-intimidating introduction to craft coffee. The baristas and owners are very friendly and the shop has a solid community of loyal customers.
It's also smack dab in the middle of 3 Pokestops, if you're into Pokemon Go!

The best coffee that me and my wife get! The best service and great prices! Every time we come to Springfield we come to dancing mule multiple times a day and we always leave with a bag of coffee beans! They need a location is STL so I can go daily!

This coffee spot is awesome!! I had been to only a few in town and never got the courage to try a new place, that is until a few months ago. First off, I absolutely detest Starbucks, their coffee is bitter and I have never had a coffee ever even come close to the same one I ordered the time before, so the only reason that I would go there was because they had a drive through and I needed coffee. Because most of the coffee I had gotten at Starbucks was horrible, I was a little afraid to try a new place, but I was soooo incredibly happy that I did! I ordered the Dirty Chai for my first drink and I was sold, I actually saved some to let my husband try, and he loved it as well. Not only was the drink perfection, but the locale is excellent ( right up the rode from us ;) and the drive thru is speedy. Their service is great, they are super friendly and make their drinks the same every time I get one. They also have a "rewards" card, which is scanned with every purchase for free items. I got one after the first trip because I knew I was going to spend a lot of money here. My kids love the Mango Tango and they always split it into two cups for them to share. I've had their blueberry muffin and their sausage and cheese scones, both were delish! If you have been getting inferior coffee, you need to give this place a try, you will not be disappointed.
