Went through the drive-thru. Love this place, as I don't do much dairy and their non-dairy options are delicious. Always friendly, too.

Good coffee with a rotation of flavors throughout the year. Blueberry muffins are delicious as well.

OH MY GOD. Found this place by accident. And glad I did. BEST LONDON FOG LATTER IVE EVER HAD! They make their own lavender syrup!

Great little coffee shop! They are knowledgeable about the craft and make to order just about anything you can think. They have a drive through and seating indoors. The atmosphere is great for studying, writing, or meeting with friends. I personally love the espresso as it is served with seltzer water. A perfect pairing. Location is easy to get in and out as there is a light next to the lot. It is centralized in springfield and close to the mall.

Great coffee, didn't know what I wanted so they gave me their blackberry coffee. They make their own blackberry syrup. It was delicious!!! The person I was with said it was the best tea she had ever had. Friendly staff, and great service and customer service.

I had a business meeting over coffee and loved the latte and the chill (and toned down music) ambiance made this a much better place to chat than Starbucks. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is this: after the meeting I stayed to catch up on some work. An older employee (that I assumed may be an owner) seemed bothered that I remained in the nearly empty store for an hour or so after my meeting. He repeatedly stared at me and walked around my table with no real purpose.

I often sip on coffee and work in coffeehouses and never experienced anything quite like this. It is hard to explain here, but it was odd behavior and he clearly wanted me to leave.

Just don't go here to find a place to catch up on work. Once you finish your coffee, this particular employee may prefer you leave.

Never in my life have I experienced such horrid customer service. The big bald guy that looks like he’s straight out of a horror movie simply gave me an attitude for no reason, I am all for supporting my local mom and pop stores but I do not think I’ll be bringing my business back to Dancing Mule Coffee Company.

This is my go to spot. I've only been through the drive-thru but it's always a great experience. My only real complaint is that their coffees tend to be inconsistent. There are times I order something and it's a good strong espresso flavor, and enough of the other flavors to balance. The next time I go, I'll order the same thing and it's really, really weak on the espresso or the flavors are blah. I keep coming here though because the people that work the drive thru are amazing, they have a nice punch card for free drinks, they aren't stingy with their pup cups, and when the coffee is good it is really good. Also. I can't recommend their cinnamon slammer sandwich or their cranberry orange muffins enough.
