I'm always on a great place to get home cooked meals, as cooking for one is not exciting, but you have eat twice a day for your overall health. So when I find a local Diner, akin to Choke & Puke, still open today I always check it out. It was decked out with available Oil Paintings on 3 walls by a gifted artist in country landscapes that were very nice. Don't forget to support local businesses that are on the verge of extinction over our spend thrift administration detriment for Union Work Forces, as this and the few that remain are a family business handed down generation after generation. Btw, I've been too Philadelphia more times than I can count, I enjoyed a nice sandwich, Not a "Cheese Steak" from the Beer Garden. Thank you.

One of my main go to places. Love the service... love the breakfast food always good. Cooks should have a raise

I ordered full order of biscuits and gravy, two sausages and home fries and a coffee. My other order was two eggs, home fries, bacon and a biscuit with a coffee. When I received my bill I looked it over and was shocked to see that I was overcharged. I asked the cashier how did you come up with this amount and he said i did it this way to be cheaper. How is that cheaper when you overcharged me to benefit yourself? If you eat at this place make sure you check your bill before you pay. Will not eat here again, "thanks but no thanks"!

By far the best restaurant in town! The Omelets and Open Face Sandwiches are the bomb.

We had a great breakfast and a friendly waitress. Nevada, MO is a favorite overnight stop for us and we look forward to returning to this delightful cafe.

Unfortunately they must have some kind of ridiculous policy where you cannot eat together if you are a party of eight people are more not to mention the guy and sweatpants that come from the back kitchen and said blatantly out loud were too busy for this s***mean too busy to put another table together so we could all eat together so my nephew had to go eat somewhere else because we were told that he could not sit with us and have lunch definitely not a family restaurant !!!!
