Great management! I ordered a pastry platter and two pump pots of coffee from Keen Bean for the morning of my wedding. Unfortunately one of the pump pots did not work properly. I came home from my honeymoon to three gift cards and a personal note of congratulations and an apology from management. That made an incredible impression and I will remain a loyal customer!

The baristas are always so nice & helpful! I like to try new things and they are always willing to helping! They are very knowledgeable and friendly! Service with a smile!! I love the atmosphere here as well!! ❤️ Highest of recommendations!! ❤️

We had lunch on a trip to photograph the Lawrence County Courthouse. We shared three plates from the Tapas menu; the buffalo dip, the hummus platter, and the fruit and cheese platter. They were all wonderful and more than enough for the two of us. The friendly people made sure we had a great time.

Great staff and atmosphere. Seating was plentiful and left room to talk privately. Coffee was OK. Treats and snack amazing!

The staff here is a wonderful group. And the coffee delicious. They roast in small batches of which we have bought several. Always brews a great cup of coffee. Their pastries are pretty tasty as well.

If you get stranded in Mount Vernon, MO ... don't despair. While the town is trapped in a 1975 time warp zone, there are a couple of portals to get back to the present. One of them is the Keen Bean coffee house. The staff is friendly, the coffee is great and they have fresh vegetables in their foods. Also, the bathroom is clean and smells nice.

I remember when commercial egg nog could be purchased til the middle of January. My how life has changed. Anyway I was a week too late for an eggnog latte. I had a white chocolate candy cane latte instead. My mother was introduced to your Market Blend and liked it. I thought the candy cane latte was outstanding! Keep up the good work and God bless!

Keen Bean is for sure a favorite of mine! A coffee shop treasure plopped in the middle of southwest MO! Tonight I was helped by the lovely Emily and Gabby! Friendly staff and the best frappuccinos ever are their staples!!
