Lovely place!! I've been twice now and always look forward to going again. Refreshing, great environment, clearly made with love.

I've tried couple other things here, but eggs benny is definitely the best. The faux hollandaise sauce was amazing. Perfect flavor and texture.

Pleasantly surprised with this cozy little place. Food was excellent! It is smaller and not suitable for larger groups than 5 really. It took me just a minute to find since google took me to the street in front and its sort of around back in the parking lot area.

The sandwiches here were outstanding and so were the pastries. Place was jammed on a weekend morning. Cool little neighborhood

Always a great coffee experience with healthy food options that make this a regular for locals. The outdoor patio space is large, low-key, and a great spot to sit and visit with friends and family.

Such a good atmosphere!!! The barista named Almond is a whiz at making fun coffee concoctions. There are baskets full of random craft projects for customers to work on, who doesn't love crafts?

Creative drink options and great tasting food along with a lovely atmosphere. Altogether a great place with great people. Highly recommend.

I'm on a search for a Boozy Breakfast. I'm a nurse that works overnights. I sometimes want, scratch that, need a drink at 8am. The Living Room's bloody mary was spicy and strong!!! I got the breakfast burrito and a great view of the park! I slept great after this meal!!
