Wonderful coffee shop!! The staff is always so friendly. The food, pastries, and lattes are always so yummy! The aesthetic is beautiful! Must visit!

Remote workers and digital nomads passing through will find this to be an absolute 💎
There is a really fun balance of locals coming here to work on 💻 and just catching up with friends. From the 4 hours I spent here today it's clear the staff fosters and attracts an awesome community. This place was such a positive vibe and the staff led the way on that.
▪️free wifi
▪️they have regular 4 top tables but they also have seating in taller chairs lining the window which is ideal if you are coming in solo
▪️free self serve water
▪️parking lot in front of the entrance
🔸There were a few outlets but this place is busy if you're coming to work come with everything charged
☕I got a costa rican coffee and a breakfast sandwich. Next time I will likely get the bottomless cup of coffee because I know it's a great place to stay for a while.

Excellent food, excellent coffee, excellent staff. Price point is a little higher than other coffee shops and cafes but it's not exorbitant and it's 100% worth the cost. It's been 2 weeks since I've been there and I'm still thinking about that brunch!

Walked over to the Living Room for a bite. The "wingspan breakfast" was very good. Bacon and egg with a delicious scone. Kind of expensive tho. I just didn't like the coffee, because of the hazelnut flavor. I'm sure some people would really like it but not my favorite. My wife loves the tea there.

The only reason I give 4 stars instead of 5 is they don't mark their GF items, nor do they cater in any way to dietary restrictions at all. So many of their foods would be easily edible to gluten sensitive if they just had a gluten free bread option. Amazing atmosphere and the staff were really great about talking me through the menu. But I hope in future they add more options for us gluten sensitive folks.

Food is yummy but maybe tainted by a really rude brunch crowd - go on a less busy weekday to avoid fighting entitled people for a table, it was ruthless!! Unfortunately the staff doesn't seem to have a policy against saving tables before you order, even during a rush, so good luck finding a spot to eat even after you've ordered.
Would definitely go back during patio season or off peak times

So cute. Great customer service on all interactions. Delicious food and laid back atmosphere. Good outdoor area for seating and eating. Not located on a busy road, so it's pretty quiet outside.

I was meeting someone for coffee and was pleasantly surprised how adorable this cafe was. I was expressed that they have their own parking lot so you do not have to park on the street. When I was here, I had great vibes about this place. It's a pretty small building but manages to fit a few dozen people without feeling crowded. They also have a lot of outlets and coloring books which is awesome too!

The Living Room is a place where I don't visit that often but whenever I do it's always a pleasant experience.
Tucked away in Maplewood, The Living Room provides a wonderful spot to work, eat and get a wonderful cup of coffee. While you wait you could grab a book or knit which is one of my favorite things to do.
Service is also on point and it is always nice striking up a conversation with those that work there. A
A couple of highlights of the food I've experienced:
Coffee: the Latte Maria is amazing. The flavors of orange and cinnamon really pull through
Food: the homemade bagels with homemade cream cheese and the parfaits is delicious. Getting honey with the parfait adds the nice added touch if you like sweetness.
Lastly, the one thing that I really enjoy about the Living Room is the sign that is by the store that says "All are Welcome". I've noticed that some employees there have disabilities and it really warms my heart as someone who has a sibling with a disability knowing that there are places willing to give everyone the chance to work.
Thank you for being awesome

The original Living Room. Not far off the Maplewood Main Street, but quaint and quiet. Small, cozy little venue with only a handful of tables inside and about the same number on their patio.
This location actually has meal choices for both breakfast and lunch. The breakfast is not your classic American fried stuff breakfast, but they do a top notch job with soft boiled eggs, which is not usually my thing. Staff if friendly and the crowd is not too hipster.
