We had a nice lunch ... chicken salad croissant and Southwest chicken panini. Quaint and welcoming place.

Lovett was fantastic! Gluten Free bread and pastry options. Great customer service, food, and very kid friendly!

Only thing I would recommend is some rails on the outside stairs.

What a delightful stop on the way to Powell Gardens. Picked up a delicious chicken salad sandwich on one of best croissants I’ve ever had. Nicely served in a just-right size box with a bag of chips. Plenty of parking. So impressed, we stopped on the way back to Lee’s Summit to pick up a gift card to give to my daughter for her birthday. No too far off 50 highway but definitely worth it. A great little place worthy of your time.

Took them 30 minutes to make 2 iced lattes and give me 2 brownies. It wasn’t busy at all. There were only 2 ladies in front of me.

Coffee tasted very burnt. Was very disappointed.

The place was very cute. Loved that.

Wish the coffee was good and service faster. There were 2 young girls working.

Great little café. We come here at least once per week. They have awesome flatbread pizza and very tasty sandwiches. Customer service is also good. We will keep coming back!

I had the pleasure of meeting one of the owners Macy who took the time to share the vision of this lovely, cozy and welcomingly-warm coffee house. Now, the food, staff, café and also the coffee. I had the Waffle Breakfast Sandwich and it is delicious, the waffle had a sweet taste and mixed perfectly with bacon and cheese (it is a must). The Staff were engaging and warm (they truly seemed to enjoy being part of the Lovett Coffeehouse Family (be sure to tip and they have two engaging tip jars 'the chicken' or 'the egg'). The Café reminds me of a quaint small village Irish Pub minus the beer :), the owners have kept the wonderful original accents of the fireplace and pocket doors. It has several rooms and I noticed outside seating too and also the Coffeehouse is located on a corner and has lovely surrounding grounds. There are also 'local' sourced items: soaps, bath salts and other wonderful items. The Coffee had a nice flavor (had the drip coffee), reminded me of coffee I had back home in the French Quarter of New Orleans. I have to say I just moved to the area and it is nice to have discovered this gem so fast, will be a regular stop for me!!
