The coffee is great! And if Kaldi's was only a coffee place I'd give it 5 stars. However, they serve food as well and other than the pastries it almost always disappoints. They get our order wrong every time we're there. The prices are high and quality is average. It used to be better.

I ABSOLUTELY love Kaldi’s! My husband and I love going Saturday or Sunday mornings. It’s super busy but they are quick and efficient. The staff has always been super nice. I haven’t had a bad coffee or late. The pastries are always fresh and delicious! When in doubt get the highlander grog!
Halo Broke
I go every time I'm working in the area. Relaxing atmosphere. Awesome service. See ya next time.

One of my very favorite spots in Kirkwood right in the heart of everything. It's casual with great food and specialty teas and coffee. It's always full of people and laptops and just has a fun and vibrant atmosphere. My old favorites were the french toast sticks and the salmon crepe (which I think they may have discontinued) but I like pretty much everything they carry and love the gooey butter cake slices. It's the perfect spot to meet with clients to introduce them to the taste and feel of Kirkwood. I know they have multiple locations now but it still seems like a neighborhood "joint" to me and I love that!

I want to give a shout out to Karen! I called in and let her know half of my Postmates order was missing. She gave me the option to come pick it up but for me that was not going to work and then instead of saying sorry she put a gift card aside with my name on it for next time I am in. Thank you for doing what made more sense for me and my situation. What great customer service.

Smoothest, freshest coffee I've ever tasted. I was from out of town and the people I visited brought me here. I had a cup of mocha and a breakfast biscuit sandwich. Everything tasted like it was made from scratch.

My favorite coffee shop in the city. It has plenty of booths, tables and a comfy couch set too. The location of this coffee shop is in a nice area with a large sit out area, with a fountain and a small stage (live bands perform during the summer). The baristas are friendly and the menu has lots of new things added regularly which keeps things exciting.

Cutest coffee shop! The environment is very comfortable. I went there to study and bought only a black coffee nothing in it. But I’m not kidding it was the best coffee! And it wasn’t scolding hot, still really fresh but I didn’t have to wait 30 minutes to drink it. A little noisy, but obviously expected with people coming in and out and talking. Parking was a little complicated only because it was my first time there but they do have a parking garage plus other spots outside of it.

Wonderful, it was busy but they worked hard and didnt take long at all for 3 drive is and 2 food items, if they are slow they will talk with you about the coffee and their cold brew is top notch. Also I love that that always do latte art!

This cafe is located in a good spot downtown and there is a nice green city scape and sculpture garden. The food is not great but the coffee is pretty good. Great place to go for a meeting on a nice-weather day.
