Friendly, knowledgable, honest staff.

The coffee I tried was good though not my favorite. 4 stars for the crunched for time latte.

Parking is available across the street in a very large lot.

They have tours available here. I didn't have a chance to take it so not sure on how what goes.
They have a nice store with good variety
I'm a decaf drinker so I was happy with the slightly larger than normal decaf options

Five stars for a great coffee shop. Coffee is top drawer. Good service. Menu that will please the savory or sweet palet. If you're anywhere near this place, stop in.

In general was a great experience. Just got some coffee and walked a round a lil. Could have joined the tour but it was an hour, didn't have that. Bet it's pretty neat.

The tour is great and there are plenty samples included, which were great as well. The staff seemed to enjoy it there as well, which is a good sign!

The cafe is a great place to hang out for coffee with friends. Be sure to take the factory tour also, very interesting.

Very fun tour and tasting session. I went on a Saturday morning tour, and it wasn't too busy. The guide was very knowledgeable and friendly. The coffee taste demonstration at the end was very interesting.

The factory tour is really cool to learn how coffee is made at this location and the process of how coffee goes from plant to bean is fascinating. The tastings are delish and interesting to watch the demo. Definitely try the coffee/hot chocolate too it's so good. End of your you get a cute little glass to keep as well.

In town for work and this place is just up the street from where im staying so figured I would give it a try and I was very happy I did !!
I stopped back in the next day to try more and was still amazed !!
I will definitely be stopping in alot more while I'm here for work and will definitely miss it once I have to travel back home !
So definitely a must try if you are in Kansas city

If you’re around, this place is definitely worth checking out! Visiting the factory was such an awesome experience and the coffee quality is beyond great! We brought some back home as we were there on a road trip. The pastries are also excellent.

Amazing coffee. The lady that waited on us was a little abrasive and less than friendly when we tried to find out information about tours. The guy that waited on us was very kind and helpful.
