PT's Coffee - Power & Light

Coffee and Waffles were great. Service was horrible! We ordered 2 meals and 2 coffees, but only received 1 coffee. We had to ask for our 2nd cup of coffee (cold brew) after waiting for 20 mins. At the 45 min mark, we noticed that customers who came in SEVERAL minutes after us was getting served their waffles and we were still waiting. When we brought it to the cashier's attention, he stated our plates were "next." When we finally received our plates, we asked for a coffee refill on the house for the wait. The server agreed to it but never came back, so we didn't get that either.

Very good coffee in a nice setting. Their pour over is top notch!

Lovely drinks at the perfect temperature. Nice staff and pretty space. Very clean. I purchased some coffee beans to take back to NJ.

Amazing lattes!! Truly handcrafted drinks made to perfection. Awesome staff and very friendly. Great easy going atmosphere. I would give this place 10 stars if I could.

Never have had a bad experience at PT’s! They are amazing baristas who are friendly, welcoming, and always on point with their skills! One of the best coffee shops in KC.

Lots of good drinks. The single origin espresso is quite acidic/fruity, and the variety in drinks is impressive

I was just in your downtown Kansas City coffee establishment this morning. I frequent your coffee shop often since I live in the building at the Power and Light Apartments.
I was belittled , offended and made feel ashamed because I did not have a mask on as a customer. Your employee was adamantly stating her opinion.
( currently Downtown Kansas City does not require customers to wear a mask.) of course I practice social distancing while on your establishment.
This young lady needs to do her job and not pick arguments regarding political/covid stands.
I feel hurt and attacked by this over bearing young lady.
Your company might want to have discussions and training on attitudes regarding political opinions while they as an employee are on the clock

The breakfast sandwich was delicious. You can choose between brioche bun or croissant bun. The croissant bun 👌🏼👍🏼

Lovely space, friendly and helpful staff, chai latte extremely spicy and space pretty small, so a good to-go spot with free 30-minute curb parking nearby

Awesome place with wonderful drinks! Loved the honey vanilla latte.
