I typically drink plain coffee (with oatmeal milk). Because it was already 4pm and I need some caffeine, I tried PT’s Coffee Cappuccino. I just loved it because the taste was simply exquisite, right amount (the cup is/looks smaller than a regular size cup) and pleasure to sip.

I stayed at the Hilton President downtown, and PT’s Coffee Power & Light was across the street! The service was friendly and quick! I ordered a Turmeric Laté, and the taste was fantastic.
I would highly recommend trying PT’s Coffee Power & Light!

Everyone who was working was so kind and my hot chocolate was delicious to the max!!
I have my hats off to the workers who are very patient and kind to us, my group came in and we were kind of rowdy and I do apologize about that. This place has amazing vibes and workers:)

Nice shop, great coffee & atmosphere, poor rating on food because they had very limited selection, no breakfast sandwiches because, "out of bread." Server was great but he had no help, he was taking orders and preparing food by himself.

Stopped here for a matcha tea latte and homemade apple pop tart. Loved the character of the place. Very cozy/modern. The pop tart was sweet and delicious, and the matcha latte with their vanilla honey was one of the best I’ve ever had.

Not a great place for coffee. Food was not served too as they said it would close soon. We went at 1 PM and they were closing at 3PM on that day

Why take carefully sourced, expertly roasted beans and grind them on a top of the line grinder, pull a shot on a Slayer world class machine and refuse to serve it in anything other than a paper cup? All that work, gone to waste. So much potential vaporized at the last step.

Came down to KC for the weekend. As a barista at a local coffee shop, PT’s has great coffee and food. The honey vanilla has real vanilla beans (you can see them at the bottom of your cup!). I also really appreciate the house made syrups. It takes extra time to make those but the taste and quality makes a huge difference. Not many places make their own syrups! Burrito was good as were the baked goods. Definitely coming back next time I’m in KC! :)

Needed a walk, so I checked out the @ptscoffee I recently spied. Direct Trade roasting company from Topeka (a.k.a. Google, KS). This is some darn good coffee! Excitingly surprised, as I needed this latte after a hot weekend of volunteering.
Cassie got a mocha and said it was perfect-not overly sweet. I liked our barista, he was very informative!

Terrible service. One lady working there that took forever to make anything. More people left in line than whom got food or coffee. We waited forever because my family wanted smoothies and we finally got through the 3 people which apparently is a long line here and she said they aren't doing smoothies now. No sorry or anything. Didn't care at all. Coffee was okay. Never coming back.
