Dutch Bros Coffee

My best friend lived in Colorado so I was so excited to see these guys come to town! They have great drinks, great variety, quick service, and friendly workers.

Horrible place. Wait is way to long and the order wasn’t correct and the coffee was not good. Also, the 30 minute wait to get coffee that wasn’t correct … is just a poor business model. Why do they do pre-orders and then have the customer wait at the window for them to make MY drink? Just horrible experience for me.

Very good latte , the drive thru was fast unfortunately they don't have any place to sit and talk or study.

We went as first timers from Minnesota where we don't have Dutch Bros. The staff were so incredibly kind and helpful! Dutch Bros, please come to MN!

Skip it. The coffee is terrible, I sat 20 mins in line to be skipped 6 times bc of the way the lines are set up. Don't pick the shorter line just go in the left lane or you'll never be able to place an order. The whole place is a joke.

Has to of been the worst experience I’ve had anywhere first I went to the location in lees summit which was closed for what reason is unknown, their app and website did not reflect this random closure, then make my way over to the independence location where I have been waiting in their drive thru for over 30 minutes now just to sit and watch employees stand around and talk instead of completing orders. Glad I have no where to be. DO NOT MAKE THIS YOUR MORING STOP BEFORE WORK!! You will be late every time

10/10 place. The workers are so dope, the coffee is amazing, and everyone there brightens up my day every-time i go through the line 🤍

Pulled up and the music (rap with curse words) is so loud you can’t hear anything and had to practically yell my order. There are a ton of employees and still took over 10 mins for two drinks. The first time we came here it was the same way but thought it was just opening weekend excitement. Not to mention my drink kept leaving a very odd after taste, almost chemically like

Always busy, but the customer service is really fun! Coffee is priced well and tastes great!
