Even though this place is super busy, they manage the crowds very well! They have tons of unique drink options and the staff seem really happy to be there!

service was super friendly and drink tasted awesome. I had a gift card- I think as a student this place is a bit too pricey to be my daily stop, but glad I tried it :)

Dutch bros has significantly expanded their menu in the last ten years, and it’s great! Unique choices unavailable elsewhere. Easily the best chain coffee/drinks you can get in Kansas City.

This is my absolute favorite spot to grab a quick cold brew to go. I will never drink water again, only cold brew.

The employees were very nice, but the drive thru took foreverrr considering there were only a few cars. They weren't allowing anyone inside. Coffee was just okay.
