Dutch Bros Coffee

As someone that used to live in AZ and knows how they should run this place is a joke. They took all the drive thru orders before filling 3 window orders. Waited over 40 minutes when there were only 2 other orders in front of us. We would have been out faster if we did the drive thru that had over 25 cars in front of us. They need to get a manager that knows what they are doing. There were 5 people working on the inside. If there were only 2 I would understand the wait. Also were told all the drive thru orders get pushed through their system first instead of the people standing outside for orders. Do better because I know you are a better company then what was seen today. I have to drive out of my way to have dutch bros and I truly love the product so to have this happen today is such a disappointment especially having had a baby 2 weeks ago this was my treat and all I wanted to do was cry when I finally got it.

We waited for 6 minutes behind one single car for our coffees because the entire staff wanted to jack around with their friends and a dog they brought to see them.
The line of cars was wrapped around the building by the time we had finally got to the window all because they wanted to mess around.
The only good thing I will say I’m pleased about is they made our coffees where we could see them being made and the coffee isn’t terrible but definitely watered down taste.

I really like the coffee and drink selection: however, unless I have 30 minutes to kill, I’m not wasting my time. The service is ridiculously slow. I get that it’s supposed to be a whole chatty “experience” but it’s too long, especially if you’re trying to go before work. They could be pleasant while also expediting the service. Also people need the coffee in order to do the chatting so there’s also that. Someone hanging out the drive thru window peppering you with questions first thing in the morning feels aggressive.

I love this Dutch Bros, and I haven’t been to Starbucks since I started going here. First off, their drink selection is amazing. All sorts of drinks to choose from, and new options are always on the menu. I highly recommend the sweater weather chai latte, salted caramel chai, or the peach ring energizer!
The employees here are always so super friendly and can casually have a chill conversation with you without making you feel uncomfortable. And being an introvert, this is an amazing plus. There’s a worker there, I believe her name is Sage. She is great! And always super friendly, she definitely deserves her props, along with all the employees there. This Dutch bros has been my daily stop to come to on my breaks, and I think I will continue to come here almost everyday.
Although the drive thru line may be a little long at times, I never mind being patient because I know I will always get a great drink and friendly customer service!

I go to this location twice a week in between my classes. Usually I get there at 9 am and i’m able to get back to campus at 9:15. That was not the case today. I got there at 9 am and proceeded to wait in line for 30 minutes and didn’t get back to campus until 9:45. There is no reason I should be waiting 30 minutes for one drink. When they first opened they were great and they are starting to go down hill really fast.

Speedy and cordial service. Excellent drinks and a vast menu. Coffee lovers and non-coffee lovers can something they'll enjoy! Wonderful establishment

The staff here is phenomenal and always makes your day a little better with kindness. I have never had a bad experience here. 90% of their drinks are amazing. Galaxy Fish and Granola bar is one of my favorite things now.

The drinks are good, but if the window is closed and you have to go through the drive thru it’s a complete disaster. The way the order takers bounce from car to car and double back however they choose, to take orders makes no sense. It’s absolutely frustrating. Don’t plan on getting in and out quickly. Then when you finally get to the window they have the audacity to charge a minimum 15% tip.

Coffee was good. Was not impressed with the drive through. It was my first time being there. No menus at the beginning of the line. They had their workers out there in the cold and rain taking orders. I didn’t see any type of speaker box for the drive through Incase of bad weather.
