I love scooters. I do however feel like sometimes their drinks taste off but they usually just remake it no problem if I notice when I’m there.

Service is excellent..But the peanut butter protein shake is never as thick or pb taste as any other one. Always..

They took $78 dollars for 2 coffees and said the charge was my banks fault and would not give a refund. Bank is trying to dispute and funds are in limbo. USE CASH or AVOID.

Cashier with the green hair is always friendly ! Always ask about your day !! Excellent service

Awesome service. I'm generally not a fan of iced coffee because I prefer sugar free, but am wary of artificial flavors. But I went with their recommendation and it was delicious and perfect for a hot August afternoon.

I'm not much of a coffee drinker but stopped at Scooters in Harrisonville for the first time last week only knowing that I wanted something sugarfree, caffeine free, cold and creamy. The young lady that waited on Mr asked me to trust her. I did and she made me a wonderful blended turtle something. Very yummy, very good service! Thank you!!

Waited to give my order forever at the speaker. Service wasn't that great. Positive reviews seems like hype from the company. Coffee tasted fine, but there are dozens of other coffee options in Harrisonville with faster and better service.

I won’t ever go to another coffee shop. I drive from Lees Summit for work every day and always stop to get me coffee when there’s time. I’m always greeted at the speaker with happy energetic voices and when I get to the window they always engage in conversation, ask how my morning is and are very polite. The staff here is beyond amazing and they do such a great job with everything.

Sat in the drive thru for almost 10 minutes at the speaker. Not once was I asked to order, or even to hold on. Two people in front of me drove away for the same reason. That's ridiculous service. I would rather just make coffee at home, or go to Starbuck's. Either choice would be less annoying. Cannot imagine going back to try that again.
