Shelly's Route 66 Cafe

Truly worth the stop is you drive down 66 in Cuba. I even gave the cook a tip.
For 3 people it was $36 and some change.
This is the 2 half pd fully loaded (no onions).

Definitely a comfort food restaurant. Delicious biscuits with gravy and pancake too. They even made the bacon crispy. Service was ok but they were hit by a lot of people at once. The original building was constructed in the 1950’s. So that’s cool that there is history there. The signs all over the place are fun to read! Make sure to go to the bathroom while you’re there. It’s a trip.

Little, hole-in-the-wall restaurant with eight tables total. We sat at one of two vacant but dirty tables when we arrived. Table was cleaned promptly. Only server working did a fantastic job, and we never waited for refills or service! Servings were ample; neither of us were able to finish our plates. All around great little diner!

Absolutely the best food and service I have had in a long time. Their breakfasts are incredible. Aside from breakfast I have tried their steak sandwich and it was delicious. Their prices can't be beat for the quantity and quality of food! Their décor is amazing and they have the friendliest staff ever!!

Fantastic breakfast!!!! Better get your delicious cinnamon rolls before they run out!!!! Shelly and her daughter sure treat everyone great. Quick and clean and very reliable. Thanks for being on 66!

Delicious food! Fun and funky atmosphere! Waitresses were very friendly, and worked their tails off! Had to wait a while, but it was definitely worth the wait! We WILL be back! 😀

The best bacon and pancakes but other stuff was just ok. Food took a bit but was freshly cooked. Friendly waitress.
