Perhaps I had an unusual experience today. However, I found the prices to be incredibly high, service unacceptably slow, and my food and drink was subpar. I had the cinnamon chip scone and the peppermint tea. The scone was alright, but I wouldn't have paid almost $3 for it in retrospect. The blueberry muffin was similarly dissatisfying for my friend (too few blueberries, not great flavor). My tea took almost 20 minutes because they forgot about it, meaning it was over steeped and was subsequently undrinkable (barely any peppermint flavor, instead tasted like raw plants). Like I say, I perhaps caught this particular Khaldi's on an off day, but this is not the level of service, nor the price point that I am content with for a café-style restaurant.

Excellent food, coffee, and tea! I always order the hibiscus elixir! I only wish these guys were open for longer in the day!!!

Kaldi's is so consistent in their coffee, and this location is great. The people are always super friendly and the cozy fireplace is an excellent spot to get work done. LOVE the breakfast burrito!!

Hours say they are open till 3pm but kitchen closes down at 2pm. Watched about 12 people come after 2 and were unable to get anything to eat. There were limited bakery items was not happy about that

My first experience here. My latte was great and smooth and the taste was awesome. I recently divorced my 17+ year love affair with Starbucks. Here's to many fruitful years and to the start of beautiful relationship. And my cashier Gracie was really nice and helpful seeing as I never been to Kaldi's

Went in to order loose leaf tea, was very excited to see their tea selection, however they are all lattes. Not mentioned anywhere on the menu and when you're lactose intolerant lattes are a problem. Very unorganized menu and easily confused-if you have allergies beware! Gluten free stuff is in the same area as the other stuff. HUGE cross contamination hazard.

I’m addicted to the breakfast burrito, I seriously get it 4-5 times a week. Food is amazing, staff is always extra friendly! I always place an order ahead of time to avoid the wait!

Pretty nice change of pace for Chesterfield Valley and your typical Starbucks. Nice fresh menu selection.

Edit: my previous review knocking down a star for not having Cafe Kaldi available was substantially untrue. Today, I returned and was informed that Cafe Kaldi is available always as a pour over. Oh my is it amazing.

Good work Kaldi's.

After the harassment and lies experienced from cafe employees AND management, this is the worst coffee company I have EVER had the misfortune to attend and give my money to. I gave them honestly earned dollars to be backhanded because they had abusive people working and attending there, and they repay me with lies and abuse. I have addressed this with them repeatedly, and they still allow these people to return either as customers or employees. I tried to stop these people from doing so after having left on my own but was backhanded AGAIN with abusive behavior and lies.
