The coffee is great, the food is good too, and they have a nice contemporary coffee house vibe- but the customer service I've experienced the past few visits have made me not want to go there anymore. The people taking orders always kind of seemed annoyed that I am there and they have to be taking my order... but if human interaction isn't something you factor in to an experience then I'd say 4.5 stars.

I had the best salad here! It was the Walnut About ado salad with goat cheese and a lemon vinaigrette. It was really good. I've always had a great experience here. It's clean, I ingredients are fresh and the staff is very courteous. It's certainly a local favorite!

Excellent cappuccino using single origin El Salvador bean. They roast their own coffee. Not over-roasted. Delicious.

They bake their own goods. Muffin and peanut butter ball were yummy.

And they patiently talk coffee with you. Nice place.

While I really like their coffee's and tea's, I was there on business. None the less, I bought $40 of their coffee (Highlander Grogg) and some of their tea's. It is a long drive for me to go there, so I take advantage of being close 2 or 3 times a year. You can order online, but I would rather go there.

Relaxed atmosphere. Friendly, helpful staff. Great breakfast - crust-less quiche and smoothie. I have never been to this location but it may be my new favorite!

Their breakfast biscuit is delicious! I had them add candied bacon and it was so great! The oat milk cold brew was great as well.

I used to come to this Kaldi's on Sunday evenings to meet up with a group, and they seemed to serve me well. The food was a little on the high side as far as cost goes but the quality is pretty good also. Over 80 cents for an apple and banana is kind of pushin it. The hummus tasted pretty good, but can use a little more sodium. The pita bread is usually soft but that doesn't always fit some peoples standards. I'm fine with it. Their sandwiches are a bit pricey also, but quality is still good enough. The coffee always tastes of good quality and expresso seemed great too. One of the best experiences about this place is that they let customers stay for as long as they see fit and use their wifi. Sometimes I would be there doing some business online for about 6 hours until my group arrived and they never say a word or act like you're taking up resources. I've had some memorable times here. 5 stars.

Always a super friendly staff. Coffee is the best quality that you can find in Chesterfield. The cold brew is great. They have a full pour-over menu or you can get the bulk brew which is still tasty. Small food menu but the sandwich/soup selection is perfect for lunch. I recommend the hummus plate.

I wish the franchise would go towards the West Coast. Not a bad place to hang out and get some work done. I really appreciated the fact that I could pay for tea once and sit there for a bit getting worked on not having to worry about paying for refill. Not trying to take advantage, but I really enjoy tea :-) very intelligent staff, lots of places to sit comfortably, inside and out

This location gets two stars from me. One for the fact that my picky daughter loved the kids grilled cheese (made with cheddar) sandwich. An additional star for the customer service from the man at the register... he was very patient and kind.

They are being docked three stars:
I was told the kids grilled cheese came with a cookie only to find out it is 1/4 of a cookie. They never said that so I thought we were missing part of the cookie. I think that is cheap of them.

The pita bread - I’m not sure how I feel about it. It was warm which is a plus but it had a salty taste to it and they were a bit soggy. The pieces were also inconsistent in size. I had pizza like pieces, dorito size and quarter size.

They put my food in the bag upside down so when I opened the box, it was a mess in there.
