Honestly the food is mid but the smoothies were okay

Visiting from out of town for my daughter's volleyball tournament and I needed a healthy smoothie for her before she competed in the afternoon round. Loved the healthy options and the fact that most were sweetened naturally and not with white sugar, corn syrup, or other high glycemic index ingredients. Also loved the dairy alternates as well. Clean, friendly service, quick. I wish there was one in my hometown in SW MO.

My wife and I ate here Friday night and we were "wow'd" by the whole experience! This place is spotless clean, and the service was professional and courteous. I ordered the tuna melt and vegetable soup and was honestly blown away on how great it was. We will be back soon, this is a hidden gem for Cape but as word gets out it will be a favorite for the city. Seriously, it's healthy and low calorie (and taste phenomenal) and I'm putting this place way on top of my list over the nasty fast food (high calorie, unhealthy restaurants) out there. Give it a try! You will thank me

WOW! This place is a dream come true! Everything is fresh and healthy and delicious and unique. It's the kind of food that you can't make with staples from your fridge/pantry at home. It would take a special shopping trip and lots of veggie prep, plus a few exotic ingredients to duplicate the menu items. They even have acai bowls that taste just as good as the ones I buy at the boardwalk!! Now I don't have to wait to go on vacation to get one. I am thrilled to have access to this kind of food here in town.

I already knew , by the atmosphere and staff that this was an amazing place . The staff really cares and knows what they are doing. Aside from that the food is absolutely amazing. I thought I already knew it would be good , but I was generally unprepared for how good it really is .
10/10 recommend everytime. Especially if you are vegan or vegetarian. You have all the options in the world here .

Could not recommend highly enough! Excellent, fresh and varied menu. Kids loved it too! An all around win. We will definitely visit again the next time we are in town.

We really enjoy the fresh fruit smoothies for a light afternoon pick me up. The paninis are a great option for a good lunch sandwich that leaves you feeling full. Highly recommend this place!

Amazing sandwiches and unbelievable fresh juice. Smoothies are fantastic too, very rich and delicious!

Beyond Burger and side salad were fabulous. Service is always great too. Friendly people and clean place.
