Fresh Healthy Cafe Saint Francis

I was in town for work and found this place. It has many healthy diet friendly options. Staff was very polite and helpful.The food was absolutely fresh and delicious 😋 If you are looking for REAL food this is it! Definitely will be back when I pass thru or I am in town.

This place is the best, from my personal view. Yet the best thing about it is their smoothie’s, with different varieties of flavors that u won’t even imagine, they got it all from sweet to smoothie’s that taste like paradise. On top of that, the people are vary nice and thankful for purchasing their delicious food that is made with love and care. So please stop by this place and u will feel like home because the people there care and appreciate

Weird location to get to but WORTH IT! Employees were so sweet, avocado toast was perfect. Smoothie was excellent and healthy and not too sweet. And the little protein balls were fantastic! Maybe they will give me the recipe 😁 A little pricey, but good healthy food is always worth it.

The team at Fresh #1 were very polite and helpful. The Beet Punch there is excellent, and the quinoa salad is the best I’ve ever had! I definitely recommend!

Hard to find when you don't know the hospital. Otherwise, it was good. I'm not a big fan of the panini I had but I will definitely try another one. The smoothie was perfect

I’m not even sure where to begin. I love everything they have! The blue spirulina energy bites are probably my favorite 😍 can’t go wrong with this place and I’m SO excited that they have a new location open in cape with a DRIVE THRU!! Will definitely make it so much easier to pay them a visit. 🤩

Fresh Squeezed Juices are nutrition powerhouses! Fresh Healthy Cafe is the only place to get truly organic fresh squeezes in Cape! Biodegradable straws and cups as well. They care about health and their carbon print. Thank you FHC!!! 🙏🏼💚✌🏻😇

The chicken salad was great. 17 seems a bit high for a chicken salad and tea? But everything is higher now and it was convenient since I go to the gym there. I'm not sure I would eat there if it wasn't for the gym.
