This place has moved. It is NOT Grandmas Cafe for folks who know the old location and went just for cinnamon rolls and talking with Grandma Ruth. We make a special trip to get cinnamon rolls from G. Ruth every trip to Branson. They are AMAZING! Plus it’s a super cool place where a family is sharing their craft with everyone and you can talk with Ruth who is just adorable. This place is the best!
Read critically. All of the low star reviews are for Grandmas Cafe which is NOT this place! The old location and Grandma Ruth have separates and Grandmas Cafe just kept the name.

So...it smelled great inside and is clearly a family run operation! We were so excited to try this place, got there shortly after opening, and they only had a couple of their menu options ready! Like...if you’re a breakfast place, get there early enough to make sure you have product ready when you open! They weren’t going to have what we wanted (orange and chocolate rolls) ready until at least an hour and a half after they opened! So...huge waste of time and gas to get over there for nothing but disappointment!

We had coffee and original cinnamon rolls. Coffee was very good. Cinnamon rolls were average. They are big but not enough icing. I was excited to try this place because of the famous cinnamon rolls but it was average. Nice staff.

Absolutely incredible!!! We happened upon this little gem and thought we’d give it a try. My wife makes fantastic homemade cinnamon rolls so we’re admittedly snobbish when it comes to buying them but this place was amazing. You gotta try the chocolate roll!

This is the real Grandma Ruth's. Don't get them confused with the cafe of a similar name. Incredible cinnamon rolls, great customer service, and a very wide selection of options. These are totally worth the wait. Make sure to try the original and the fresh fruit flavors. These are definitely a treat and a must for folks visiting Branson.

We came here in 2017 and it was awesome! Even met Grandma herself, she was amazing and took the time to tell us her story on how it all started. We came back July 2018 to find that new owner's took over first of the year. We went for breakfast, food was not good at all, served cold! There famous pancakes were not famous at all. They weren't even making cinnamon rolls. I would not reccomend eating here.

Truly amazed as a long time follower of GrandMa Ruth she must be very proud of the next generation of bakers as she has taught them well as they have her recipes down pat. If your in Branson stop in they make all her original and a new orange 🍊 roll of that is fantastic.

The best cinnamon rolls around except for my dads! The cinnamon rolls were fresh and warm from the oven. Friendly small place just off 76. Well worth the stop!

My wife and I love the atmosphere here! We had live music and the owner came and chatted with us for awhile herself! I cannot get over how amazing the cinnamon rolls are and we will definitely be back! I recommend this place to anybody as long as they are not gluten intolerant

Confession: I don't have sweet tooth.
Atmosphere: 4/5

The atmosphere here is good. You will be able to see "Grandma" making Cinnamon rolls. I really had fun seeing them. This place is simple, including their chairs and tables. Also there is a live music.
You go to the counter and order. We ordered regular rolls and toffee along with coffee. As I mentioned earlier I don't have a sweet tooth my wife does. I ordered toffee especially thinking it will tone down the sweetness, but I was wrong. The toffee was actually a liquid type syrup full of sugar. So, I wife volunteered to exchange. I couldn't finish my regular cinnamon rolls. My wife on the other hand only had 2 bites and she was done with the toffee. Then I offered her my food which even she could not finish it.
One staff wanted to know how we were doing, and my answer was simple "It's really really sweet, too sweet for us". He replied, "May be we will remove the sweetness" and walked away. Nothing after that.
The price of the cinnamon was okay, but I think they should really think about reducing the price of the coffee, especially how they serve it.
I decided to give 3/5 on service as the owner contacted us. It was nice of them to do so.
