Staff was really friendly. Cinnamon rolls were excellent. I'm a big cinnamon roll fan and like to try any cinnamon roll I come across. This place makes truly delicious cinnamon rolls. Among the best I've had. The bread pudding was okay. I've had better (from a chain, even). I was disappointed to discover the chicken salad is a catering option and not part of their normal menu. But the cinnamon roll made up for it.

We visit Branson a couple of times a year, and Grandma Ruth's cinnamon rolls are part of every visit! Delicious and fresh from the oven, they hit the spot and we look forward to them every time. Be sure and check their schedule, as they have limited hours...but the cinnamon rolls are perfect and the staff is very polite and accommodating.

As good as always. Have been going to Grandma Ruth's for cinnamon rolls for several years. Recommend the rolls. Delicious.

Goodness gracious! We are originally from the states but are living abroad and needed a true American cinnamon roll fix. Ruth delivered in every way. Buttery, soft, warm, PERFECT proportions of dough to cinnamon to frosting. Wish we could have picked them back to all our expat friends in London for a taste from home.

If there is ever a great cinnamon roll bake off. I'm betting on Grandma Ruth! Granny stopped by our table to chat and explain photos. This is a small shop with a glass viewing area into the kitchen. You place a order in the rear of store and find a table, or order to go. Boys really liked the 2 types of cinnamon rolls we ordered!

So yummy! My family loved how there is a viewing window to see how there are made. The cinnamon rolls were not overly sweet and were so delicious. I ordered more to take home to Illinois.

The cinnamon rolls are absolutely amazing! They’re huge and soo tasty! Staff is friendly. The rolls were recommended by a stranger at another location and I’m so glad we listened and came to check it out! We’ve been here every day of our vacation!!

Apparently there used to be a nice breakfast restaurant here that specialized in cinnamon rolls. This isn’t it. The menu advertises a cinnamon roll, caramel roll and cream cheese roll but you can only have the cinnamon roll because it’s the most popular. The roll was good, but it’s not hard to find a good cinnamon roll. And my youngest ordered pancakes and one egg and got those things approximately 5 and 8 minutes after everyone else got their food. Quite disappointing.

While this is an unassuming location in a strip mall, once you step inside you realize that you've entered a little piece of Utopia due to the aroma. The wonderful people who bake the wares and run the shop are so polite and inviting. I asked for a cinnamon roll and they offered a toffee-like glaze, which I requested on half of it. The price was well below what you'd pay at a chain cinnamon roll store. When I sat down and tasted the roll, bliss was evident. I couldn't wait to have another...and it wasn't because these mammoth rolls weren't filling. The texture is perfect, not too doughy and not "fake" airy. The taste is the perfect blend of sweet and cinnamon. I had another and the guy said, "a man after my own heart." Clearly they had already won mine. If you are within 100 miles of Branson, you must make the trip to Grandma Ruth's and enjoy some amazing buns. They also have caramel rolls! You can get them to go, but the wise will stay to eat the first, because you'll soon realize you need more!

This place is NOT Grandma Ruth's - Its now called Grandma's Cafe. We decided to try this place after hearing great reviews of Grandma Ruth's. Apparently Grandma Ruth and her good food have left this location. The food was mediocre at best and the cinnamon buns were nothing special. I think a place that has a picture of a cinnamon bun as part of their logo should serve an amazing one. My wife ordered pancakes and they were served in a large soup bowl. Most of the employees were sitting around playing with their phones the entire time. Our first visit will be our last.
