The breakfast was very delicious, the cafe was very clean. The employees were very friendly and attentive. Very generous portions. Very good value. My only complaint, Grandma Ruth's rolls are not the recipe that Grandma Ruth has. Very disappointed in the rolls.

First of all, this is Grandma's Cafe, NOT Grandma Ruth's Cinnamon Rolls. 2 different places!
Grandmas Cafe: Visited 7/26/18. Man at the counter was on the phone telling someone he had no money in the bank and couldn't pay and hung up the phone. Bad business practice! Cinnamon roll dry, disappointing. A man came up to us and wanted us to snuggle next to each other so he could take our picture. CREEPY! At this point, we paid our bill and got the heck out of there! As we were leaving, the man at the counter tried selling us discounted show tickets. We will never go back.
Once again, this place is not Grandma Ruth's Cinnamon Rolls, and is getting a bad rap because people think this place is it. It is not!

The waffle tasted slightly off - I couldn't tell if it was the batter or what, but we ended up giving it back and having some additional toast. The hashbrowns were greasing. Eggs and toast were pretty good. Maybe we should have ordered the cinnamon rolls that were advertised on the door.

Delicious cinnamon rolls... and you can actually watch Grandma rolling them out. Nothing to hide here. They proudly show you how it's done. The only problem with this place is you can't get these morsels of heaven 24 hours... Love them! Live music to boot! You should experience this at least once.

Anytime my family and I visit Branson we stop by Grandma Ruth's. They have amazing cinnamon rolls, friendly staff, and "The Singing Cowboy John Fullerton" is always pleasant and has a wonderful singing voice. Stop by and experience yourself...you won't be disappointed!

This place was our first stop when in Branson for years now. Our family has raved about the rolls and told everyone that we knew that was headed down there to stop in. This past weekend was our annual November trip down and we headed straight to the new location. Total disappointment!! Staff was rude and rolls had to be days old. Cold food also. I thought I would catch something from the gross bathroom. I know the family was very much involved in the business and I hope they still are. They really need to step in to help save it before it gets too bad.

One of the best cinnamon rolls I've ever had in my life! My son said, "It's like french toast, but better." Staff is very friendly.

Awesome family owned Cinnamon Roll Store. Extremely delicious rolls. I honestly say these are the best I’ve ever had. Thanks Ruth!!

Wife and I stopped in for lunch and to get a couple of cinnamon rolls to go. I ordered breaded pork tenderloin with pickle and onion only and wife ordered chef salad. Sandwich came out with mayonnaise, tomatoes and pink onions. Onions looked like they had been dyed in some type juice. Waitress took it back to kitchen and brought it back with pink onions and not sliced pickles but 2 slices of pickle spears between the buns. Bun was so HARD you could not eat it. I’m not making this up folks. Pointed this out to waitress. She apologized and said they had a new cook. Wife’s salad was so so. She only ate about half of it. Waitress said we did not have to pay for meals. Decided to pass on the cinnamon rolls. Did give waitress $5 tip. Entire restaurant staff was Hispanic.
