Bean Counter Cafe is located in a gorgeous nursery and outdoor goods market place with a fantastic patio. Such a fun place to hang out and enjoy amazing coffee and baked goods. I sampled several goodies Halloween weekend and was shocked to find out several were gluten-free! Every single item I tried was delicious in flavor and texture. Highly recommend!

Surprisingly very good food for a nursery. Food came out fast. Pro tip, sit outside and watch the skinks run around.

Darling little cafe inside Colonial Gardens. We enjoyed brunch there today. Good B&G and Paninis. We grabbed a strawberry cream cheese croissant to go and wandered through the nursery. We will definitely be back on a sunny Saturday to enjoy live music outside on the patio.

We've been going here since September of 2018 and it immediately became our new favorite place to be. We have loved everything we've eaten there, but our favorites are the veggie and Greek omelets. The coffee is really a star attraction here and the availability of many gluten free options is the icing on the cake for us.

Love this place! The coffee and coffee beverages are always so delicious. The dining room is cozy and quaint. The food is always exceptional. The staff are helpful and courteous.

Honorable mention here would be the wide variety of gluten free baked goods. The GF versions are brought in by another bakery (although they do bake and offer their own delectable baked goods here as well) and are absolutely delicious. You can't tell there GF. My husband is gluten intolerant and this place is an excellent choice for us. We like to go as a family for brunch but I've also meet friends here for coffee.

I can't wait until the weather gets warmer so we can sit outside in the garden.

Highly recommend!

Food was good but takes a long time. I'd been waiting 10 minutes for a Reuben. When I asked how much longer, I was told up to 30 minutes for a sandwich. I asked to be clear. Yep, 30 minutes. Too long for mediocre sandwich and it wasn't that busy. Great environment though. Probably will be back for the natural surroundings but not to depend on food

Wonderful food and delicious coffee in a very pleasant atmosphere. Especially love the outdoor patio.

Update: New location at Colonial Gardens brand new outdoor patio/amphitheater is wonderful! This summer has been filled with delicious food, friends, and fun listening to several great live bands! My favorite dish for Wine Wednesdays is the Meat & Cheese Board which pairs amazingly with any wine of choice or bubbly drink like club soda. :) (Blue Springs is coming back to life finally! :)

Delicious food and a live band! Who could ask for more. So glad we picked today to go because of all the events happening. If you haven't been here, you should try it and enjoy a nice walk through the greenhouses and gardens.
