Bean Counter Cafe

Love this place. The food is simple but wonderful. Sarah and her husband, the owners, are ALWAYS both their when they are open to make sure everting is right. They have great rapor with their customers. Sarah will attempt to fill any special food requests so several of her now regular menu items came from special customer requests.

I really feel that the food at bean counter is not very good. I had a mini quiche and when I say many I mean small with a very wiggly Cross that was obviously made the day before and microwaved. If you want a good piece of quiche don't eat there. I recommend Ginger Sue's in Lee's Summit really wonderful peace. I had numerous different things at the encounter we love the view but I really feel of the food products are all just bready. I'm not much to cut substance. That little grape salad that comes with things is hilarious it's like 5 grapes sprinkled with sugar I'm diabetic and so that one just goes in the trash. How about a piece of real fruit folks is it that high? Like a slice of beautiful cantaloupe. They sell fruit inside if you can't find any walk through those double doors and buy some.

Food was ok. The scone purched from their vendor (Emily Kate Green Valley bakery) was not good at all. Biscuits and gravy was very good tasting. Everything else was ok.

The Bean Counter is one of my FAVORITE local restaurants. Everything on the menu is fresh and delicious - I always have a tough time choosing! Very cool atmosphere - especially if you're looking for a place to decompress on your lunch break.

So delicious, have never ordered anything that wasn’t excellent! Great atmosphere, literally a breath of fresh air! Definitely in my top 5 favorites

Located inside the beautiful Colonial Nursery, this quaint place is delicious. This is my favorite breakfast destination and everything is beyond good. It is perfect for a pastry and latte or my favorite the frittata or both!!

Best cup of Joe for miles around. Awesome FOOD! Nicest people you could ever hope to meet. You'll become a "regular" in no time. Very friendly customers, make new friends or meet up with the gang. You will love it. Tell Sara, Tony and Bethany that Greg sent ya.

My friend and I decided to have breakfast at Bean Counter Cafe at Colonial Nursery. We both had the Southwest Omelette with a side of hash browns and loaded with avocado slices and bread slices. It was delicious! The coffee wit cream was excellent!
Having breakfast at BCC is such a great because you can eat inside or al fresco.I
I highly recommend BCC for a light and delicious breakfast or lunch. You won't be disappointed.

The french onion soup was so good today and the Asian sesame salad dressing, I could drink straight out of the cup. My favorite place to eat. Try the ruben and chicken salad too!

One of the better cappuccinos I've had in a while. Lunch was pretty good as well. I would highly recommend it for a nice place to study or have a peaceful date.
