Staff is friendly and positive enough, but no one indicated a reservation in the community room when six of us went in there. Evidently there is a newly established reservation policy that replaced be first-come-first-serve policy. Management may want to consider leaving a laminated notice about the new policy in the room?

I usually order a Vanilla Latte Frappe when I stop anywhere for coffee. At CC’s, it’s called a Vanilla Mochasippie.
I loved mine. The staff was very polite and helpful!

Very friendly and understanding coffee chain. They have many unique blend of cold and hot, including fruit flavors. If you are indecisive, then try my favorite: Espresso 22 (or 504) and Mochasippi!

Saw this coffee shop while driving up 51. Good coffee, tasty pastries, pleasant atmosphere and very helpful staff. Lots of indoor and outdoor seating. Will definitely return.

Very nice place employees were prompt and friendly the environment is great and the coffee is good in previous visits I've also had some of the bagel sandwiches which were delicious.

My wife ordered a sugar free coffee from the store today. When we tested her sugar later it was sky high. She has gestational diabetes and we minder her blood sugar every two hours. This was unacceptable. When people ask for a sugar free beverage, many times it is not simply a diet thing, it is a life and death issue. When we called and told the barista, she simply said the sugar must be in the mix.
DO NOT SAY TGAR IT CAN BE SUGAR FREE IF INFACT IT CAN NOT MADE SUGAR FREE.

Not sure what all the hype was about lol. This wasn’t much better than Starbucks. Best thing about this place was the service and how clean it was. We ordered an espresso, cappuccino, and 2 cheese croissants.
