Cat Island Coffeehouse

If you look closely you can tell I actually like this place but I did not appreciate my welcome that I received when I came in. There was no one else in line and they table was open so I went to sit down because my back was hurting. My wife was getting in line to get his drinks and the young lady came and gave me a big long speech about how they don't let people sit down until they're finished ordering. I told her my wife is ordering right now in my back doesn't feel well. She said, well, since there's no one I'm lying I guess it's okay then she left. Working in the customer service industry myself makes me a bit more aware of these kind of things.

Fantastic little bookstore sitting right on the Gulf! The breakfast sandwiches are amazing and worth the visit alone, I got the brisket biscuit sandwich and it was fantastic. My wife got a sausage, egg, and cheese along with a chai latte and loved them both. I highly recommend stopping by and grabbing a bite to eat!

So, the ciabatta breakfast sandwich was more like a burger bun breakfast sandwich. I think they need to find a vendor that sells real Italian bread. Recommend you avoid the 'ciabatta' breakfast sandwich. You will be disappointed with the hamburger bun bread they use. Otherwise, it's kind of cool place lots of books and great views.

Very interesting small beach side cafe with a plethora of books to buy and browse. My Vietnamese iced coffee was amazing. Really enjoyed the view from this place!

Atmosphere - cat Island coffee house really stands out as the best coffee shop on the coast. This is hands down my favorite coffee shop. The architecture, the tables, the books, and the small details all create an environment that help you brace yourself for a warm and cozy experience. You won’t experience better service than what you get here.

Espresso: the espresso is the best I have had on the ms gulf coast. They hold themselves to a higher standard.

Cortado - I haven’t ordered a better cortado at any other coffee shop.

Cappuccino - my first love at this coffee shop.

Cat island cold brew - great when you are craving something sweet.

You really haven’t had coffee until you have had it from Cat Island Coffee house.
