Cat Island Coffeehouse

One of the coolest coffee shops we’ve been to on the coast. Great food, good coffee, books galore, and a really aesthetic and modern ambiance. The service for dine in is great too—someone brought our food to us and kept our table clear, which we weren’t expecting. A little pricey but worth the $ tag.

Yesterday, my Fiancé and I stumbled on this beautiful jewel which I am happy we did. Walking in we greeted with the amazing smell of coffee and a variety of books to choose from. I instantly feel in love with the atmosphere. The young lady that took my order was patient to allow us to look over the menu and she made a point to go over any thing that we had questions about. I ordered the Carmel Macchiato with Almond Milk and it was delicious. They have your usual coffee choices but it was good to see them bring their very own “signature” coffee. I can not wait to return so that I can try their food.

This is a perfect place to go to if you like books, coffee and a beautiful beach setting. Below I took pictures, I don’t think the pictures I took does this place justice, also due to others enjoying their morning I wanted to be respectful of their time, space and privacy. I still would like to give you a peak inside. They also have a beautiful outside sitting area, that I can’t wait to experience in the Spring. I was too cold yesterday. I hope this helps.

Recommend! Luckily they were open Easter Sunday, my last day in the area. I got the cat island cold brew, delicious and walked around the beautiful neighborhood. The book selection is 10/10 with a great atmosphere featuring gulf views. The staff was excellent.

Wow! We came here on the first day of our vacation, and every day after! The coffee is a little pricey compared to others in the area, but it is SO good! We ordered new things each day, and they were all delicious! We also tried a few breakfast items and were blown away. Plus the view of the ocean is unbeatable!

100/10 beverages! Everything on the menu under ~The art of thé au lait~ is outstanding (all thanks to the amazing barista’s)! The atmosphere is so peaceful. View of the bay with seating inside, upstairs, & outside. Also, the book selection is fun. You must visit! I’ll be making a trip back to Mississippi just for another coffee with their view!

Great food and coffee! The lady who served was so friendly. The latte I had is one of the best I've had in a long time. And we had a brisket/provolone breakfast sandwich, and I'm still thinking about it. I can't wait to go back and try something new.

Beautiful coffee shop and bookstore! The coffee is perfect, we had the honeycomb latte and Mississippi latte. I drank mine so fast, I had to get the delicious berry hibiscus tea after finishing it. The staff were really nice, the shop was clean, and it was a comfy place to drink coffee and read.

Found a new favorite coffee spot! They go all out to make the visit unique. Special place. Great coffee, nice view...And the chocolate filled mini king cake with cream cheese icing!!! Oh my!!! The BEST!

Great place for breakfast. They have very good food and coffee. Best thing are the books. Read 6 books during breakfast with my little daughter.

For 3 years we have an annual buisness trip we take to Pass Christian. Cat Island Coffeehouse is one of the highlights of our trip everytime. A neat clean environment, Friendly staff and AMAZING Cafe De Leche☕
