Coffee Fusion

Usually at Coffee Fusion, I order their smoothie with boba (which is excellent), but today I decided to get a coffee and to my great surprise, this AMAZING CREATION WAS MADE! It tasted just as beautiful as it looks. I also ordered a breakfast sandwich, which was cooked to perfection. Thank you to the team at Coffee Fusion for making this drink because it is hands down the best coffee I’ve ever tasted, period! I don’t know the girls name who made it, but she had cool eyeliner and a lock pendent necklace! This drink made my whole week better, thank you.

If you're looking for a quick lunch or tasty boba tea, Coffee Fusion in Ocean Springs Ms is the best. The staff is friendly and funny and made us feel like old friends. My husband and I had the roast beef panini with au jus and a side of fresh fruit. Tasty and quick. We love stopping by when we are in town. The little details make this sandwich and boba shop worth a stop. Give them a try. You won't be disappointed.

I got a blended coffee and a breakfast sandwich, which were extremely good. I'm new to the area and hadn't been here before, so I just sort of described what I wanted, and what they rang me up for is exactly what I wanted. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because I'm thinking I must have went on an off day? I arrived at the drive thru this morning at 8:50 and didn't leave until 9:10. There was only one other person in front of me, so I'm not sure what took so long. I'll give it another shot or go in next time, because it tasted good enough to come back!

First time here, I was a little overwhelmed trying to order. Almost none of the menu items have descriptions so the cashier has to tell you what each menu item has on it because the descriptions are only on the computer. There's different meats, cheeses, and breads you can choose from to build a breakfast sandwich, but I was confused about why isn't there a list of those items out already so you can order quickly without having to think about and decide what you want at the register. It doesn't seem like anyone else who has left reviews had this problem, but I felt pressured to make a decision quickly without being able to think about what I wanted first because of the line behind me. The young man who helped me was wonderful and very patient with me.

I got an elfnog coffee which was lovely, and a chicken club wrap, which I didn't really want but I was trying to order quickly, but it turned out awesome. Absolutely delicious. I hope they streamline the menu because I would love to come back again if everything else is as good as the wrap.

Tried the 16 oz frappe, and it was pretty flavorless and a bit lackluster. Staff was very courteous and friendly, though. But for the price, I expected a bit more with all of the coffee competitors on the coast. Will try again at another time and see if maybe it was just an off day.

While I always enjoy the products here, the staff has recently been extremely inattentive, even at much less busy times.

While no one has been rude, basic communication from and acknowledgement by staff would go a long way in improving customer service satisfaction for me personally.

Food and service was fantastic. And the atmosphere was perfect. Anytime I’m in The area I will be going back.

Charges $1.00 extra for sweet tea without ice.. the worker told me because I’m getting a cup full of sweet tea with no ice she had to charge an extra $1.00 because I’m receiving more tea in my cup… Now with ice I wouldn’t be charge the extra $1.00 because I would be getting 1/2 a cup… I’m just getting my money’s worth….biggest rip off in history

Coffee Fusion has been a favorite of mine for the past 5 years. Great foods and beverages. Friendly staff always ready to help. Their bubble teas are delicious!
