Very quick and friendly service, didn't get the cake I wanted, because I was told after, I paid that they no longer carry that delicious cream cake, but overall I was satisfied.

Bubble Tea was great, customer service was exceptional, beautiful relaxed shop but the menu was confusing... not my first time in a tea shop and I had difficulty navigating it.

Customer service is great, but the hot chocolate tasted like warm milk without chocolate. Perhaps order it with extra chocolate or get something else.
