Overpriced for what we ordered, shrimp melt on Texas toast; it came with no sides at all for over $10. The crab balls were not to our liking either. Service was great.

Small place with the plastic checkered tablecloths. Food is good but not amazing. The portions are plenty big, the boat for 2 is over the top, even for two people. Went with a large group and most, but not all, of the orders were right. I had a hot sausage sandwich and it was perfectly acceptable. I got to try just about all the fried seafood and it was all good. Overall worth stopping if you're in the area.

I would have taken a picture of the outstanding food, but it didn't last!!! Amazing food. Cute place. Would definitely be back when in the area.

This was the gem of our trip back to Texas from moving my son to Florida. Like the culinary highlight !! Someone needs to tell a food channel about this place ... the people were authentically local and the food was to die for!! Absolutely 💯 percent amazing... also ordering the group meal was more food then we could have eaten in a week!!

If you like your burger colder than your tomato,and if you like getting hard old fried shrimp instead of the fish that was ordered, this place is for you. Be sure to check your to go order before you leave. I should have stayed home and had a fried bologna sandwich.

The outside isn't much to look at and the inside is pretty basic but don't let that fool you. The food is wonderful!!! We got the seafood boat... fried shrimp, fish, oysters, fries and onion rings and hushpuppies served in a huge bread "boat". Cooked perfectly and enough for 3 or 4 people. I'm normally not a huge oyster fan but these were great. We loved it all. Only thing I would do differently is add a side of cole slaw. The service was great too. We will go back!!

Really enjoyed eating here. The seafood was delicious and I liked the down home atmosphere. Be prepared to wait on weekends at dinnertime. The food is well, well worth the wait. There isn't a waiting area but they do get you to the table as soon as the previous party leaves.
The only downside was scattered service. They're very busy with few people on wait staff, so this can make wait times for drink refills and general service mildly annoying. But the food is worth it and the staff does their best to take care of you quickly, as soon as they're available.
Parking can also be a hassle. But guess what, the food is worth it.

Both of our dinners, fried oysters for me and Angel hair pasta with shrimp topped with crab sauce were excellent. Wait time was fine, ambiance was down home and waitress was absolutely great. We look forward to going back.

I just spent $70 on food that was heated up in the microwave.....all the food is precooked and heated up in the microwave...so disappointed 😞😞😞
