What a find, another example of "don't judge a book by its cover". The service is absolutely wonderful. The food is outstanding and the prices are extremely affordable, especially considering the majority of it is fresh seafood. The portions are ridiculously large, you will not leave hungry, I would wager that you won't be able to eat it all. Highly recommend stopping here.

Magnificent Awesome Wonderful Experience. Food and service was 100%! We had Leftovers for three days. My family enjoyed it also. The owner, her husband & son Cory were very pleasant!
You gotta go at least one time..you will go back! Crab balls, okra, onion rings, 🍆 eggplant stack, and famous Seafood bowl...whewwww 😋 awesome!

I decided to do a little self care this past weekend and take me, myself, and I on a drive to this place my big sis raved about. Its somewhat hidden, but worth the drive to look for. I had the opportunity to meet and talk with the owner whose also a retired fireman; Sorry I'm not always good at remembering names. Anyways we had a wonderful conversation. He's a very pleasant and warm-spirited person along with the waitress, she was very sweet.
Here's what I had to eat:
Just because it sounded different, I had to try what I saw on the menu called Seafood "Dinghy"w/ homemade onion rings . Basically its a seafood platter in a bread bowl. The bread bowl was actually toasted with garlic butter in the inside too :). I love me some mac and cheese so I decided to try. It was pretty good for my liking, I would have liked a more creamy consistency, however, it was not bad at all. I noticed everyone chowing down on crawfish, so I decided to try some too. Oh my! They were very juicy and a bit spicy, but good. It definitely helped clear my sinuses, just look at my pics LOL. I also decided to get some bread pudding to go, no pic. However, it was pretty good just a little too sweet for me.
I highly recommend you give this little hidden gem a try. I'll be back with my family for the next go round.

It's not fancy but it sure is good. Local owned part cafe part fish market you can't go wrong. They have a cream sauce for their pasta dishes that is excellent. Big portions and very good food. Friendly, attentive serving people. Prices are very reasonable. Our go to place to eat when in town.

For the price you absolutely can not beat it. For all of the good i ordered which one is 2 things missing from my pictures it was 113. The amount of food you get for the price you can not beat it at all. Staff from entry to our exit were awesome. Made sure we needed nothing. The only thing you should really know is they charge for drinks by the 20oz which isn't horrible they're 3.29 power bottle but that's about it. I had the shrimp melt, 2 seafood gumbos, shrimp platter, begets, hush puppies, shrimp baked potato, shrimp po boy, jalepeno stuffed boudin, crab balls and onion rings. Every single thing was delicious. The perks of visiting is they are a fish market and restaurant. You can pick your fish or other seafood and they'll cook right there for 2.30. The restaurant itself is not too big there are about 7 to 8 tables that seat up to 4 people at each one. So not overcrowded at all.

A restaurant that I can tell prides itself on fresh selection of seafood. Very much a country seafood shack vibe.
Best onion rings I've had yet. Whether the fish, eggplant, onion rings, or the hush puppy's, this place knows how to fry something good. Grilled shrimp were fresh, juicy, cooked well and spiced tasty. Gumbo was good, could've used more okra for my taste and maybe more seafood for a bowl size (whole crab claw was unique though) but overall, a very satisfying lunch.

This was our take home food. You definitely get what you pay for plus some. Staff is good could be more attentive to their customers but that doesn't take away from the food. Amazing place to eat with great food.

The corn & crab bisque is really good. The food was delicious and came out quickly. The serving staff was really good also. Only reason I didn't give 5th star was I only got 7 shrimp on my shrimp basket. Seems there could have been a few more on each one (we had 3 baskets). All in all the seafood is great.

Love their char boiled oysters, crab fries and onion rings. We ordered boiled crawfish for to go which was also great. Gumbo was too spicy for me but overall will still rate this place highly. Service/waitresses were warm/hospitable, Will be coming back.

Very quaint, no frills building but let me tell ya about the food!!!! OH. EM. GEE!!! This is the best fried seafood I've ever had and I've eaten seafood all over the world. We had the Seafood Boat. There were 3 of us eating and we couldn't even eat the whole meal!!
