Cajeta Coffee

The cajeta latte is pretty much perfect - not too sweet, not too heavy, great slightly-smoky caramel flavor. The staff is wonderful, the space inside is really cozy, and the menu is refreshingly simple. Amenities include Wifi, ~6 dining tables and some armchairs, high chairs for little ones, and a self-serve water pitcher. It's so great to have another breakfast, lunch & coffee option in town, especially one that accommodates dietary restrictions. I had never gone inside the Avalon Mall building until now but I'll be back for sure.

This place just opened and I am so excited! Finally a good coffee, pastry, and breakfast/lunch spot! Had the dirty chai latte, and chorizo breakfast burrito. Soooo good! Can't recommend enough. Went another time and tried the chocolate concha (get it slightly warmed 😋), and polvoron. Amazing!!

One thing to note, they open at 7, but the mall does not look open that early! The front door is open though.

Great breakfast spot, food was piping hot, fresh and tasty. We got an iced drink and a hot mocha. Both drinks had amazing flavor. Staff was super nice and friendly!

Delicious! We stopped in for breakfast and coffee on a quiet Monday morning. Tried all the specialty coffees and each were delightful.

Portion sizes for the breakfast burrito (chorizo) and torta (bacon) were enough for us to take half home.

We will be back to check out the lunch menu and sample their desserts - all made in house.

Glad we have another coffee option in WBL!

We tried this new spot and absolutely will be back. Breakfast burrito with bacon, Breakfast Torta with Chorizo, an iced mocha, the conchitas!…. would order it all again without hesitation. So yummy! Really appreciate the eco-friendly packaging, too!

The most wonderful environment, people, and coffee! This will forever be my favorite place to stop, Juan made an amazing place for everyone to enjoy. :)
