Wired Bean Coffee House

I've been here twice. It isn't speedy by any means, but I'm in no rush. First time I went my order was wrong, but I enjoyed the food I did get. The second time I went, panini was soggy and my salad was a raspberry chicken salad. Could not taste raspberry, but the chicken was pink (dipped in sauce?) and rubbery tasting. For this reason I have changed my review.

Nice place, easy to get on and off the highway. Coffee was solid, breakfast was good. Seating is plentiful. It's clean, the staff is friendly, but nothing out of the ordinary for a coffee shop. I don't mean that as a dig, it's a solid place with good food. Stop in and grab a cup and some grub, you won't be let down.

Waited in the drive through for over 40 minutes to get my order of a few drinks. When we pulled into the drive through there was only 1 car in front of us and they pulled off after about 10 minutes. We were barely acknowledged and there were 2 female employees eating and not helping whatsoever. I also witnessed a girl wearing socks and slides, which is definitely a safety hazard. Highly disappointed.

Usually love this place, their coffee is my favorite, but I just went there and bought two large drinks because I had a coupon. I ordered and then said that I have a coupon and rewards number and I ended up getting neither. Didn’t get a bean for the rewards and didn’t get to use my coupon. I would not have ordered larger if I didn’t have a coupon. We asked if we could use the coupon again and she said, “I don’t think so since it already went through.” On top of that our drinks were not mixed fully. My first sip was straight power.

So much more than a coffee shop! My daughter and I had lunch at Wired Bean this week and I was pleasantly surprised at all of the lunch choices they offered. I tried the Shrimp Taco special and they were absolutely delicious! My daughter was thrilled to see that they serve breakfast food all day as well so she opted for the sausage and egg biscuit. We loved the Digi-bean coffee (caramel) and London Fog tea. We'll definitely be back!

AMAZING!!! Just today had their food for the 1st time and boy oh boy it was awesome!!! I'm from California and haven't had great pasta since I've moved here to Minnesota. But they employees are always nice and helpful! Can't wait for corona to be over. Definitely a date place to go to!!

The manager was absolutely rude and does not put the customer first. After a staffs mistake, they called me to tell me I didn’t pay my bill shortly after I had swiped my card and paid. When I stated that I had already paid they said that the staff member did not put in the right information. I asked how this is considered my fault and how they feel it is now my responsibility. ANY OTHER food service industry would offer a discount for the inconvenience or comp it since it was the employees mistaken, but they absolutely refused. I work at two restaurants in the area and I think it is ridiculous that the manager gets away with how rude and blatantly disrespectful she is towards customers. Especially customers who are loyal and go almost everyday. $1 off would have went a long way and yet it was too much for her to fathom. How she still has a job there is beyond me. And the icing on the cake is that my coffee tastes terrible. Thanks to the manager.

Outstanding food and coffee and friendly employees make this a gem in Northwestern Minnesota. This is a great place to eat, work, study, meet with friends/family, and enjoy a full espresso bar. You’ll find some of the best food in town, many seating options, and plenty of parking.

I tried their soup, moose tracks coffee, shrimp Alfredo, a burger, and an Italian soda. Even when they were busy everything came out super quick. Their shrimp Alfredo was absolutely amazing. They know how to get their bacon perfectly crisp and their sourdough bread is delectable. This is the best place to eat in the area. Whenever I come back this will be the only place I will eat at from now on.

Use to love it but 90% of the time the berista's are beyond rude and don't give you the loyalty points. I wouldn't at all be surprised if there just giving them to there friends. When I order a panini its very rare to get the pickle with it and if they forget anything like the straw dont even bother to wait after they slam the drive through window shut and stand there ignoring you.
