Wired Bean Coffee House

Melanie was very rude to ever customer I seen her wait on. Didn't get the drink I ordered and not even a smile or thank you. Have heard many people complain about her. I won't be returning as this isn't the first time I have dealt with her.

Service was amazing this afternoon. All of the baristas were extremely friendly, especially Alivia and Emily. The drink was amazing. I always order the same drink at any coffee shop and theirs was the best I’ve had. Good food, good drinks, great service!

A decent coffee for the small town of TRF. I find it to be overpriced(priced at, if not more than Starbucks). The usual feel we get from the workers are, "Why are you here?" Very lacking in customer service skills. They do one heck of a Chai Tea Latte. Always enjoy the coffee and will keep going back for the products they serve.

Cozy spot with a typical coffee house menu and some fun variety added on. Would be five stars if more than a minimal selection of truly caffeine free drinks and the order were correct the first time.

Amazing food, surprisingly low prices for quality and amount. Very friendly service and the atmosphere is bright and good for hanging out or studying. I came for lunch but look forward to coming back to try the coffee!

Many of our drinks were served lukewarm, but the ambiance inside was nice and the sandwiches were delicious. The staff was very kind

Coffee should be rated higher but have 2 stars because we were made to feel like an inconvenience and we were the only customers inside but she was help the drive thru. We took the time to go in and check the establishment out and it was beautiful but the lady was on the rude side. Not friendly

Placed my order at 1:42.. I didnt get my drink ( a large hot chocolate) till 2:19 and the "hot fresh chips" didn't come out till 2:30. And they weren't even hot.... People who had ordered before me had gotten what they ordered before I did..

Love wired bean but whoever was working in window around noon 3-22-21 with yellow sunflower nails had ask me if I wanted to leave a tip a after about 10 minutes of waiting.. I offered a dollar from the wait and she had to make faces towards me shouldn’t ever ask for a tip

Phenomenal service! I went there for the first time and the staff were amazing super helpful and friendly. And not to mention the amazing drink selection! Would definitely go back just for the coffee!!
