The staff are SUPER friendly, and it was pretty busy but my drinks came out quickly and just as I had ordered.

I used to love coming in to this store I always thought the staff was amazing. Until I ran into one outside of her work. We had a few altercations but I’m a strong believe that if it happens outside of work then it is what it is so I never said anything. But I started avoiding going because I didn’t want another one. Finally one day I stopped in because I really wanted caribou. At first I didn’t see the employee so I get relieved the two employees I could see kindly asked me to wait one minuet which was no problem but then the one that I had an altercation with stepped out from the back. I was perfectly fine working with them but as she got to the register and saw it was me the employee very rudely turned around and goes to one of the employees that was clearly very busy and says can you help her and practically pushed them out of the way to start doing what they were to force them into helping me. I can say I most likely will not be going back. I’d rather impatiently wait in the Starbucks drive through for 30 minuets then be treated like that. If you have a problem with someone leave it outside of work.

Austin and emily are the only ones that are always nice and always make your drink to perfection every time no matter how busy. The shorter younger lady with long black hair was very rude to the customers during a rush.

I come here every week to tutor one of my students. The service is amazing and the employees do a wonderful job meeting the needs of their customers. They are fast, friendly and efficient. I enjoy coming here and would encourage anyone to do so.

I get a milk chocolate cooler from here almost every day. Its steadily been going down hill on taste for about a month now. Some baristas make it great others not so much. Taste like chocolate water. I even add a shot of espresso occasionally and even then its not any better.

Stopped in to this location yesterday for a mocha, tasted like a latte. Absolutely no chocolate in it. Very disappointing. Will absolutely stick to our Hudson location from now on!

Caribou is my favorite coffee shop but my visit today may change that. I don’t think I have ever had anyone talk to me or other customers as rudely as they did at this location. I understand COVID restrictions are not easy but seriously If you want business the employees need to respect the customers and at least try to make them feel welcome.

I love Caribou Coffee, but this location is my favorite! The staff is super friendly and have good attitudes. I think their cool barista magic seeps into the coffee because I swear my drink is always better when I get it there. I would definitely recommend this place.
