Caribou Coffee

I ordered ahead using the caribou app because I was in a hurry...I ordered a caramel cooler and a ham and cheese burrito...I also paid for extra caramel drizzle and my drink had NONE. I was also given a chicken chorizo burrito instead of the ham and cheese. The last two or three times I've ordered a drink from here, it was not made correctly...

Nothing compares to the hot mint condition caribou is my favorite. Each time i walk in the servers are there and attentive with fast service.

Staff was awesome, scone was fresh and delish. Last time I was there the bakery goods I purchased left an undesired feeling to ever buy them again, but today I thought I'd give it another good. So glad I did. Turtle ice coffee was delish as well.

I love coming into this place, especially when Suzy is working. She says she is really good at names, but she says my name before she asks for my phone number. The little things, like saying my name and knowing what I drink go a long way. I would not classify myself as a regular, but she and others treat me as one.

Horrible service! I did a mobile order 6/28 at 9:07 for pick up and the male with a faded cut in a hockey jersey was so rude! Told me they were out of an item so I asked for another. Came out and roughly handed the bag and I said thank you and he didn't say anything and just scoffed and hurrried back in.

Standard caribou menu so that was fine, the only reason for less stars was the service. I think the woman that was checking us out was new but the man that was working with her was not helping her out at all! It was super awkward and it made me want to say....HELP HER OUT MAN!! Ugh...

Stopped in to get a bday present for my niece - they have such a great selection of mugs with the Fall theme!! Also bought her a gift card. The best customer service as usual. Thank you!

I have been attending this caribou on an almost daily basis for many years on and off depending on where I am working or living. I love all the long term staff, and they have added a few fantastic new baristas to their lovely staff. Some of the newer employees don't really live up to those such as Austin, Emily, and Beth. The coffee is always good. Diana is newer, but she is lovely and seeks to connect with everyone, especially those of us who has been going there for many years. But anyways. The only caribou I ever go to. All others kinda suck. I love the Stillwater Caribou.

Went to this location with some individuals that I work with and one of them happens to be diabetic. Well apparently they do not understand sugar free flavor shots, so instead of mixing our drink the way we asked for it because of MEDICAL REASONS the Batista flirted with his little girl friend hanning on the pick-up counter, hope you got laid after almost killing someone guy.
