Caribou Coffee

Ok I love caribou but this one is the worst one I have ever been to the workers are very rude and ignore when they get someone order wrong and claim no they did get it right when they did not i ordered a cold bubbly tea that I use to order all the time and they gave me a hot tea that was burning my hand and I told them I asked for a cold they said they don’t do cold which I knew they did my I was to awkward to say anything so I took it and left I almost burned my hand couple times and was not in a good mood anymore because well I wanted a cold drink to cool off from the heat this is not the only time they have gotten my order wrong they have also put dairy milk in my drink when I asked for a milk that does not have dairy in it thank you for reading this I hope this place improves because i truly love caribou it’s my favorite coffee shop but I do feel saddened that the worst one i’ve Been to is the closest I live too.

The barista Matt was great. He recommended I put a shot of vanilla in my chai latte and it was delicious! Awesome service.

They always put the customer first! When they know what the customer wants before they say it that's 5⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ to me.

Went in to buy a cup of black coffee and was told it's not available because they close in a half hour. No offer to make any either. I never guessed I could not buy a cup of coffee at a coffee shop...

They make the best drinks around and the staff are amazing people

Love all their options but the mint condition mocha blended with milk chocolate is my go to almost everytime
