Caribou Coffee

My family has a lake cabin outside of Park Rapids and when we go up there we always make it a priority to come here for some coffee. It's sort of a tradition. Amazing coffee and amazing memories! The last time I saw my grandpa before he passed away was at this Caribou.❤

It said on the website you were open until 7:00pm on Friday night 9/9/2022. I got up to the counter at 5:51pm the gal said you were closed. On the sign on the counter it said 6:00pm, they closed early because it wasn't busy enough!! Well, with inconsistent hours you will just keep losing business.

Warning! They do not close at 7 like their website and all their ads say. Apparently they close at 6:50. So if you are there at 6:54 they will be really rude to you if you ask for a drink. I would not Recommend them at all!

They're always closing early especially during happy hour. Got here at 6:01 and they refuse as "she has her kids behind the counter" which is Highly unprofessional and this happens all the time.
Time to step up or STEP DOWN

Waaay better than Starbucks! Friendly baristas, delicious coffee and quick service is what I always get when I stop by

Rude staff, lady with the blonde hair was quite rude..I barely drink coffee and never been to a Caribou Coffee shop and didn't know what to get and my girlfriend suggested a drink I know from Starbucks. The lady at the register told the coffee maker and she moaned and made a remark "This isn't Starbucks, this is Caribou." It was not needed! Glad you show motivation to be at your job. I was going to tip you because I work at subway and I know I love when people appreciate how much I care about the food I'm making AND tip me! Coffee was great otherwise and I'd recommend going, but definitely not a store I'd go back to. Very bad customer service!

This afternoons crew needs a bit of a lesson in customer service. I looked at the menu briefly then stepped up to the counter to order. The man behind the counter looked at me, said nothing and continued to fold the bags of coffee. I waited for him to finish, instead he continued folding. Finally the girl behind the counter asked if he was going to take my order. He replied, "yeah but she didn't tell me what she wanted yet." How about, Hi, what can I get you? instead of staring at me?! Then the girl goes to make my green tea lemonade and spills the first glass all over the counter. She cleans it up, makes the 2nd one and then sets it on the counter, saying nothing. So I walk up there and ask, "Green tea Lemonade?" With her back turned to me she says, "Yup." So I reply, "OK, thank you!" No response. I've been here several times and service is usually good but this time was terrible. Caribou, please train your employees a little bit better.

A well staffed coffee shoppe equipped to provided the most decadent of tasteful coffee varieties. I've been greeted by the staff simply walking into Hugo's grocery store. I like that.

Coffee was more like water. Yep gross.
