Caribou Coffee

Great place to have coffee and relax!

I am half & half with this location. They are always friendly , and energetic, but they seem to only get my order correct 1/5 times . Today for instance they were very nice in the drive thru . I go home to find that my order was not what i ordered. I called to ask what we should do about the situation , considering i don't want to drive back out today & i got hung up on. I tried calling back several of times , but nobody picked up the phone. I am now boycotting this location , due to wasting money on drinks that i did not originally order! I am disappointed in the staff for the way they are handling this situation , by not handling it at all. I had considered this business as a part of our community but there customer service & order of operations is bestowing a negative reflection on the community.

6 dollar mocha... fine. But then you skimp on the coffee bean and chocolate chips? I get like 5 to 8 mini chocolate chips on the whip cream. Every other location has plenty.

No response to my issue I see. Well good luck to you jokers. Here is my last purchase from you today.. same issue. No bean and 7 chocolate chips sprinkled on my whip cream. Do you count them? Ridiculous.
I hope the money you saved on chocolate covered coffee beans and chocolate chips makes up for all the mon repeat customers.. I don't think so. See ya

Attention to detail is why I would pay several dollars for coffee that probably costs a nickel. Unfortunately, when I asked for coffee with ice to cool it down and a heated coffee cake, I received scorching coffee with no ice, and a plain coffee cake straight out of the case. To me, this says, "I don't care how you want it. Here you go." Or, maybe the attendant was somewhere else in their mind. Also, my bacon egg & cheese sandwich was so off center that when I cut it in half, one side only had cheese on it, while the entire bacon/egg combo was on the other half. The place was also not busy at this time, so it was not like a frantic mistake.

Horrible service. Ordered a drink through the drive through asked for almond milk. They gave me regular milk. Went inside to complain took TEN MINUTES for someone to ACKNOWLEDGE ME. Then they got defensive about it and were reluctant to make me a new drink. I’m lactose intolerant. This is absolutely horrible customer service.

By far the best Caribou coffee shop west of the metro, in my opinion, because of the combination of friendly staff, commitment to order accuracy, quality food, drinks and service. Highly Recommended! Thank You Mound Caribou!

Caribou in Mound is one of our favorite places in our friendly, lovely small town Mound. The service is good and the drinks are always fun and tasty. My daughter loves the caffeine free specialty drinks.

Typical Caribou Coffee, clean, consistent quality and taste from store to store. They only get 4 stars because they are a franchise. I saved my 5 star ratings for good Independents.

The service here is ok. They have screwed up my order a few times and some of their staff have trouble controlling their temper with other employees. If they re-staffed with some stable employees it could definitely become a five star.

This place was a wonderful choice to meet my client. Clean and cozy environment! The serive was amazing!
