Caribou Coffee

I love the staff in the early morning, but weekly daytime staff is terrible. No customer service skills whatsoever. Caribou needs to do some better training and hire people that actually have customer service skills at this location.

The baristas are friendly and this location has a drive-thru, which is always a plus. My rating for this Caribou is 3 stars because the wait, inside and drive-thru (at peak times), is terrible.

Second time. Ordered two sausage egg cheese sandwiches. Cheese was all over the wrapper the muffin was stale and hard. Not going back.

Great service, and love the beverage and food choices. The family hound is also a big fan, as they offer dog treats. :)

Last 4 visits on weekends/afternoons were horrible. Simple drink orders were wrong each time and staff could care less. Started going out of my way to a Starbucks.

This Caribou location has so many great employees and they are doing an amazing job, even through the labor shortage!

Always great experience

I have no complaints. The lady I was talked to was very nice. I couldn’t hear her from where I was and she was very nice about me having her repeat it a lot.
