Caribou Coffee

Open only to drive thru and online order pickup. Why? Covid, the staffing shortage? Sure. Currently sitting in another Caribou, not too far from this one, in a clean, comfortable indoor setting.

Tried using Caribou's website to complain and it wouldn't submit... I'm really disappointed in this location lately... on another note, I'm pretty sure my "large" energy drink was actually a medium today. We love the new energy drinks, but we do not love the lack of consistency at the Mound location. They could use some positive reinforcement and training on putting care in their products. I have called them before to tell them how beautifully our drinks were made but I havent been able to make a call like that in awhile.

Good drinks and nice location, but evening staff are unfriendly. We are always left standing at the counter waiting to order while the barista ignores us. And they're not helping anyone else! At all other Caribous the staff are quick to say, "What can I get you?" or "I'll be right with you," but here it feels more like a staring contest. Awkward and off-putting.

I've been here many times since I live just down the street. It's solid, you know what you are going to get and it's a consistent cup. I still feel like I make a better cup of French press at home, so I can't give five stars, but the hot crafted press is pretty good.

Without a doubt, this is my favorite Caribou I have ever been to.

The consistency of the baristas here is impeccable. Every time I visit... I get my favorite coffee brewed and crafted to perfection.

The drive thru is quick and painless. Even large orders ahead of mine are made quickly and efficiently.

But my favorite part of this location... is the people who work there.

This is my go-to business to wake me up and get my day started right.

the people who work here always have a kind word or always have a joke to make me laugh... it is why I always come back.

The Mound location of Caribou Coffee is the perfect combination of personalities and hard workers... each complimenting the other.

I always leave with a smile. To me, that is all someone really needs to start their day.

Life is short. Stay awake for it.

Walked into store to order a coffee, with our masks on. Staff acted quite "put-upon", like we were imposing on them (eye roll and sighs). Note: there is no sign saying that they will not serve walk in customers. Proceeded to take our order while making a show out of staying well over 6 feet away for social distancing purposes and being horrified at handling cash. While making our coffees, barista, working within close proximity to 6 or more other staff, adjusted/touched mask several times and then brought out our coffees by holding onto tops with palms down and touching tops of our cup lids. So, acted very sanctimonious while not practicing normal sanitary practices. BTW- people coming into get online orders proceed to touch every cup/bag while searching for their own. And, coffee tasted terrible. We will not be back.

Everyone’s always so nice whenever I come here for my coffee or tea. It’s always made correctly and deliciously. Never had an issue that wasn’t fixed in seconds.

Paula (morning shift) is absolutely amazing!!! She is always so friendly and loving, i look forward to going there every morning and seeing her! Keep her around, she is by far the best employee you have!

The coffee is great most of the time. The staff use to be great about saying thank you and you're welcome, but now you tend to get neither. The best thing I heard come out of an employees mouth while having some coffee in the store was, that when she opens the store and is still working at 12 noon, she could just kill people. Thats excactly what I like to hear while in the store.There were 4 customers in ear shot as well. Not really the way you should talk.
