The Coffee Shop NE

I come here to study at the weekends. The athmosphere is great. Snacks are amazing, l love chocolate croissants and fruit parfait. Staff is really sweet.

The only problem is the coffee usually being a little cold.

Friendly staff, yummy vanilla latte! Perfect options for the little ones. Surprisingly spacious with the extra tables and seating in the back room.

This is one of my long time favorite spots to work/study at over the past 10 years. I nearly lived there during medical school. Inclusive, welcoming staff and atmosphere. Lots of tasty food and dessert options. The carrot cake is amazing! Some vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free selections. The coffee is also delicious. Most spots along a wall have an outlet. The WiFi is solid. Bathrooms are always clean. I’ve never had an issue finding parking in the lot and street parking is also free. I don’t go there as much as I used to because they decreased their evening hours. Love this place!

A comfy spot to work and enjoy some great food and drinks! The wifi is great too! I love the quiches and the espresso. Everything about this place keeps me coming back. Great parking on the street and in a lot. I highly recommend!

It's my favorite coffee shop. There are so many good ones in Minneapolis and they all have their pros, but The Coffee Shop NE is unpretentious, local in sourcing and even art. The staff learns who you are either by face or name and they're always friendly. The coffee is delicious. It's just my vibe.

This is a really nice place! Situated in a fun neighborhood corner area with a couple other restaurants and shops, this is a good destination for coffee, a great selection of baked goods and a very nice sandwich/salad menu. The counter service people are always pleasant. I enjoy the comfortable seating area in back. Good local shops like this really are a gem.

The Coffee Shop NE seemed to be a very relaxed space when I went to check them out for the first time. There is a large dining room-like seating area in the back of the restaurant that caught me off guard as I didn’t think the space would be so large inside from the street view. The front of the store had on display some work from a local artist, and I felt like this could be a comfortable place to sit and read for a while. There are plenty of parking options with a public lot and free street parking nearby, but located in an overall very walkable area. While I initially thought my order of a smoothie and breakfast wrap was a bit expensive, I was super happy with the value I received once I was done. The smoothie was very refreshing, and the wrap was surprisingly dense, filling, and flavorful. I really enjoyed it as well that for a coffee shop there is still a wide variety of non-coffee drinks to choose from, and I can certainly see myself trying more of their menu in the future.

The atmosphere is darling. Kind employees and tea made right! The town itself is equally cute. I recommend to anybody for a relaxing little study or date spot.

very nice coffee shop! comfortable and cozy with great coffee! another bonus is that local bands sometimes perform as well. staff is friendly and helpful. we loved it and will be back!

Wonderful location in NE Minneapolis. The atmosphere is great, the coffee is delicious and their food is hot, ready and so good. Love that they advertise local artists for sale. Love the ecclectic vibe. Latte is delicious:)
