Coffee Hag

I have been coming to the Coffee Hag since it opened. It is a wonderful, welcoming and awesome place for everyone but especially those in the LGBT+ community. If you're looking for a safe place to enjoy yourself and drink some good coffee then look no further!

While you might think the excellent service and ambiance is responsible for the 5 stars (and it could be on its own), but the real hero here is the coffee. The foam on my 16 oz. Craft Latte couldn't be creamier, and the beans offer a crisp and robust flavor. Beautiful decor. Beautiful coffee. 5 stars.

I love the atmosphere. I've only been once and just got a chai but it was tasty and didn't take too long. It has an exposed brick wall with a lot of art that gives it a hipster feel. The servers were very friendly and they have compost-able straws!

LGBT friendly vibe

It is a classic independent coffee house. Eclectic decor. Free trade coffee. Varied clientele. It is a Mankato staple.

Fantastic place! Great atmosphere and accommodating staff. My drink really was the "bees knees"

Wonderful and warm. The grilled cheese (which I have not been able to replicate despite many attempts 😊) and a cup of the chef's soup du jour is my favorite Mankato lunch. And the monster cookies! And the pasta salads! Just yum!

Delicious coffee, I got the caramel latte with almond milk and a breakfast sandwich with egg and cheese and a homemade English muffin, yum! The staff was very friendly

Really good coffee and food! Surprising and unique coffee drinks. The atmosphere is very welcoming and heartwarming!! Truly an amazing place!!

Nice corner coffee shop with good indoor and outdoor seating options.

Always enjoy it here but can’t believe I’ve never left a review here. The coffee’s always hit and I really enjoy their food options. The bowls of noodle always hits the spot.
