We stopped here for food really and I got a latte also. The latte was good, the oatmeal and sandwich that we got were so horrible we tossed them both uneaten into the trash bin at a gas station minutes later. They both oddly tasted like paste. Wait staff are wearing masks, which is fine, except they need to speak up.

Just went through the drive thru. The girl helping up was super sweet. She gave our pup a treat and got us our drink and food quickly well also not rushing us!

Waited over 25 minutes and never got our medium coffee, wouldn’t just cancel/refund my order so we left after half an hour having paid $9 and did not get out drinks

I order based on the season. If it's winter, I usually get a Medium Hot Spicy Mocha, it's a great choice, love the hint of spice!
Typically though, I order a Traditional Hot Caramel Macchiato. Only about 1 out of 4 times the drink is a Macchiato. The batista tries to convince me to get a Carmel High Rise, which isn't the same.

If you do try to get a Macchiato, try it decaf - the espresso flavor is surprisingly stronger and tasteful.

I do keep coming back and would recommend this location, it's just hit or miss on my drink orders.

I ordered another Traditional Macchiato, and it was more like a latte. Although the employees did remake it, Caribou Menu online tells what's in it and Fergus Caribou seems to never be consistent and make it as a true tradition.

I stood in there waiting to put in an order and ended up standing there for about 10min. One of the workers walked past the till, saw me, and kept going. I usually wouldn't make a comment but If there are customers, especially ones who have been waiting, the best would be to notify the girls who were sitting in the back playing on their phones. I'm not upset at those girls because I do the same thing when it is slow, I am more irritated at the one girl who obviously saw two people waiting, and even when she passed the girls coming back, still didn't say anything. Another gentleman was behind me and I ended up having to leave because I didn't have time. Hopefully the gentleman was able to get a coffee.

Wow. 16 minutes to order my drink and receive it. With only 2 other customers in the shop and 5 employees working- 3 of which were on their phones. Ridiculous!

Going to be a while before I return! Made 2 drinks wrong. Girl couldn't figure out what to do. Thought they were correct. Took 3 people and over 10 minutes to get the right ones made! One just stood there. NO APOLOGY!

I normally come here every Sunday. During my visit this morning I can't say I was rudely greeted, but was definitely not happily greeted. I made my order a farmhouse with a medium coffee. After my order a gentleman came up to the side of the counter and asked if they had left over food for his nonprofit. She reluctantly replied yes as it was clearly labeled in two big containers next to her. He asked if she would help him empty them into his bag. After rolling her eyes and Clearly showing her annoyance she be grudgingly said yes, and made it extremely evident to this non profit representative that this was a complete waste of her time. I've been coming to this Caribou for several years and in the last year have continued to notice the customer service gets worse and worse. The coffee is Normally only 3/4 full and today my sandwich, a farmhouse sandwich was cold. I would understand if they were busy. But there was only a handful of people in the drive-through that was barely noticeable.

Would hope this review either curbs people from coming and To support the Locally owned stores that are open on Sunday here in town. Or make a concerted effort to contact management in demand some change. I will follow up with this review with Management. Should something change I will post an update.

Visited the second weekend of June 2020. They did not allow for curbside pick-up, only drive thru pick up. Unfortunately, the drive thru line was 17 cars long, extending beyond the length of the shopping center. The line wait was over 25 minutes; if there had been a way to know in advance, I wouldn't have bothered. Add to that they got one of our 5 drinks incorrect, and we had to wait in line again to get it fixed (only 10 minutes second time. Timing IS everything here!) They fixed the drink promptly with apologies. Very polite. I don't think I'll stop again until the inside opens.
