This is a good place to sit down, have a mocha, and check out the reading material. It is probably one of the nicer BN locations I've visited around the country. The café is nice and the people are friendly. A great place for an afternoon of bad weather.

Wish they would require masks. There was an unmasked guy behind me in line who sneezed and did not cover his mouth/nose adequately. So. Gross. Luckily, his companion had pointed out, not two minutes earlier, the physical distance marks on floor because he was closer to me than 6'. Thank goodness he took notice and stepped back. Still, super yucky. I can't recommend any store that doesn't require masks on all who are able to wear them, since you never know who has the virus and will sneeze/cough on you.
However, the staff here is very helpful.

I'm not in here very often, but when I am, the staff are always kind andcourteous. Tonight one of your workers went out of her way to go and grab me a book that I didn't know about. I really appreciate your kind manners, and taking the time to make sure your customers know about books and products! Thank so much!

I miss the chairs they used to have in the store. I understand why they might have removed them, but I miss them just the same. It was fun to peruse the book before buying it. At any rate, the coffee bar was fun.

Great selection of course, and a fun Thomas table for kids!

litterally never has anything I want to buy in stock. you check the site, it's always available in nook, or online, but never in store. I can just buy it in amazon and not bother.
the check out lines are a nightmate; you never know which side of the store is checking out, should I walk all the way across the store twice, to see if there's anyone there? really unrealistic. I sure love wandering the store, trying to see if there's any checkout open, I'm really more inclined to just drop whatever I'm holding and leave.
really disorganized place, you never know where the employees are or even how to summon one of you need help. this is why I do most of my shopping online.

I love bookstores. Barnes and noble is always a great time, though there are times I wish to just pay for my books and leave. The hard sale for membership and inquiry for email addresses for the several people a head of me in line almost had me leave empty handed.

I was in here for one minute or less today but I appreciate that you're keeping magazines (now obsolete, but still something that I like)
from their inevitable extinction . I saw all kind of magazines in there. Keep up the good work conservation, heroes

Help was there when needed to find a book. Good service as I have not been i a book store since covid started.

Wouldn't match their own online price until I argued it! Then when she did the refund, she continued to lecture me about not matching 3rd party prices. I again showed her that it was indeed barnes and noble's own website. She adjusts price down finally, but now says 10% coupon won't work. I point out this coupon specifically says in store or online, 10% off everything including sale items. I was charged $39.99 instead of $29.99 and should have gotten 10% off of $29.99 so roughly $13 difference than what I was originally charged. She says I only get $6 back. I refunded the entire thing and won't be back.
