Great selection.. they do have higher prices than online competitors, but they have beautiful b&n editions that can't be found elsewhere, and a huge selection.

I all ways get my book and other supplies from Barnes and Noble.

Great empoyees....everyone of them expressed amazing social skills not found among in some business's. I'm so glad we have a Barnes and Noble here in Duluth. San Jose California lost their stores, really sad.

Very efficient and friendly; well-executed COVID-19 precautions and procedures. Floor managers closely monitoring check out wait times and coordinating across the store. Well done!

Expensive, but oh well. Not much for music books. Good atmosphere, like going to a nice library. Spacious, sofas and couches, relaxing. Coffee and cake if ya got the bucks.

Always like going there associates are always helpful. They have a great selection of vinyl records n if they haven got it they'll get it and ship directly to your home.

Always fun to shop here for books. They have so many to choose from and they keep everything very neatly organized.

Great book store with a wide selection and inviting atmosphere. Coffee shop is right in the store. They also have a good children's section with book readings and activities.

Experience was more than expected. The lady that assisted us kept coming back to suggest more books and see how we were doing. Although, I didn't catch her name, she was so helpful!

For being 33 and having a higher level of tech related focus, I still prefer physical books. Old school remnants, and around the holiday & new year periods they are an awesome source for gift solutions. Books, instructionals, board games, music, a lot or variety that is unrealized until you step in.
Besides books, finding higher quality or special edition board games. Nice chess sets, special edition risk, things like that.
Book stores & libraries are reaching and increased level of underutilizion. Tv shows, movies, and most entertainment has a background literature source material. The host material has to be trimmed & modified to make more suitable film versions. You end up missing elements that most dont know they are missing. We live in a high speed world, everyone wants more from less, but sometimes taking a step in the other direction makes things even better.
