Big selection. Knowledgeable and helpful staff. Will order for you if they don't have in stock. Could spend hours there. Love the kids section and variety of toys. Also good selection of games.

LOVE this store. Great selection of books & DVDs, CD's, games & graphic novels. There's a nice section for kids too. There's also a Starbucks & wifi. The staff are friendly & knowledgeable.

Since it is nearly Christmas, of course it was very busy, so it would've been nice if there were more cashiers. But all of the workers were friendly and did their best to keep the line moving.

I usually love this place so very much. Lately though they've been fairly understaffed, and I've been finding myself waiting for upwards of ten minutes at the service counter. There's only been one cashier at a time. This isn't the workers fault, but they definitely need to hire a few more people.

Anime books 📚 are available. Starbucks is inside the bookstore. It gets crowded but the place is big enough to give you your own space.

Always fun to shop at Barnes & Noble. New displays and fun kids' section. Easy to find things. Clearly labeled categories. Friendly and helpful staff.

LOVE B&N! Always helpful staff. Even when I can't find something, right under my nose! Have had to order some books online, cause the nearest store is 75 miles or so away. I stop in EVERY time I'm in that area!

I love this book store, just packed full of anything you could want. They also have a lovely coffee nook that makes yummy coffees, and treats. Employees are so helpful.

Very clean and extremely well organized! The staff here definitely knows their books!! Everyone here is willing to put in the extra effort to make sure you find what you need and are completely satisfied with your experience

Never been to a Barnes and Noble before, extremely nice place to wander around for hours. It's attached to a Starbucks so you can read a book for a while before buying it
