Stopped at the drive thru on Wednesday 3/8 (morning around 8:50) and the woman working the window (was wearing a pink winter coat) was horribly rude. When I was placing my order, she did ask for my Perk's number (which was the only good thing out of this entire experience), proceeded to tell me I had a $1 off a large beverage, but then I said I had received an email about a $1 bakery item when you order a medium drink. She was like "no, that's not on your account" I said "no, I received an email that say I can mention the offer, and it started on the 6th". So she says "fine, what can I get you?" So I say "Blueberry muffin and medium white peach berry smoothie" she says "I'll have your total at the window". I pull up, and as I sit there, find the email on my phone. She comes to the window and I try to show her the email and she snaps "yeah, she showed me" while gesturing to a co-worker. She tells me the total and goes to hand me the bag for the muffin and says "oh and we're out of blueberry muffins so here's an apple cinnamon one instead" and I respond "no, that's not ok". Why did she not tell me this when I was ordering? Or come to the window to tell me instead of assuming she could just randomly pick a replacement item? Now I'm already disappointed in the fact that Monkey Bread has been discontinued, but then to be out of a standard menu item, one that is posted on the main menu outside at all times, I think is terrible. But worse is someone so arrogant as to pick a replacement for a customer, that you know nothing about, and act like it's no big deal. I settled for a lemon bread. Without even a napkin in the bag.
I drive by this location twice a day, and actually stop frequently, but will now probably drive out of my way to go to the one on Pioneer, even without a drive thru, as their service has always been more pleasant.

I think they forgot how to make a Carmel coldpress went there 2x this week and both times was gross. Oh and if you say something they make it sound like you don’t know what you are ordering

Use to be a good place to go been going for 3 years but now it really has became a nightmare starbucks will be getting our business. When you order a ceambrula an they make carmel coolers instead an still mess them up making them taste like watered down creamer wont be going back

Went to caribou this morning and had a great experience exept till i got home and gave my husband his caramel macchiato i ordered for him and realized his cup was a quarter full if that. Disappointed. :/.

This location is hit or miss. If you want to use a coupon, you need to tell them. Which is little annoying- they have to know when the ‘$1 off’ emails get sent out on particular days but yet they don’t seem to care to offer it.

I heard the hyper girl make comments about adderall being her drug of choice while describing her experience to a coworker. She made constant trips out back with people who appeared to be on Meth. The manager told her to keep her head down which makes me feel as though everyone here is on drugs

Close to a 15 minute wait on a Sunday afternoon and a decaf drink wound up being not decaf. This store is always a bit hit or miss but this time was definitely notable.

This is a nice Caribou with friendly employees and great service. The seating area can get busy at times, but you can generally find a place to sit.
