Normally, it's Caribou policy to fill the glass all the way to the top if you request a drink without ice, but whenever I get a cold drink without ice, it's been about a 50-50 shot of it being actually full, or about a third empty. I thought the first time might've been a fluke, but it's happened enough I officially felt the need to write a review about it. I will say that I've never had an incorrect order here, just a handful of not-full drinks.

I've always prefered Caribou Coffee over Starbucks and this is one location that never disappoint. The worst thing that ever happened to me here is they made the wrong size coffee. They were extremely awesome about it and quickly made a new one while I was still able to enjoy the first one on the house.

RIDICULOUSLY slow. If you want to wait over 15 minutes to get a coffee, or sit in the drive thru line for nearly 20 minutes, then this is your place. Disappointing, every single time. Staff lacks any customer service skills, and has ZERO hustle. I would recommend keeping this particular Caribou out of your rotation of coffee shops.

This location was top notch for me. The staff was friendly and answered all my questions. The coffee, just a dark roast with cream, was as it should be. The bagel sandwhich was hot and well made. I am satisfied with the pricing. I will visit again.

I have been to this location more times than I can count. I only go back for the convenience of not having to drive up the hill to the other location. Every time I go there they happen to be out of the grilled cheese sandwich. I do not understand why an item is listed on the menu, but never available... very disappointing when it has happened at least four times now. It's a frozen sandwich, how are you ALWAYS out? After it happening again today, I will bring my frequent business elsewhere to a place that actually stocks their menu items.

Just bought a Large malted CP and they didn’t fill my cup. It’s 1 inch foam n 1inch of open area to pour more. My cup was 3/4th full. The picture I took of my drink does justice. But I don’t know how to post it. If I’m gonna order a drink, give me my moneys worth. Or tell me you’re not gonna & I’ll order somewhere else. 😌

I love this location, the atmosphere is always welcoming and the staff is so nice

I am going to share my awful experience. I frequently stop by this Caribou in the morning on my way to work and i order the exact same drink everytime. Time after time my drink is either too sweet or too bland. If made correctly, my drink tastes perfect. Considering i pay over $5 for my drink i want it to be made right. So when i get a drink thats clearly not made right i ask them politely to remake it. Well some older blonde lady with a loud mouth (apparently the shift manager) decided to accuse me of cheating them out of money when i asked them to remake my drink. I found this aboslutely ridiculous because i am a customer and i can tell when a drink that i order everyday isnt made right. If i am paying over $5 for a drink i want it to be made right. As a customer, i should not be accused of cheating the company out of money. I called later and spoke with the general manager and sure enough the next time i came through i got an apology from that lady. This location has always had rude employees. Even yesterday when i went the lady at the window didnt say one word to me. Not one. This location needs some serious revamping when it comes to their employees.

They have been adding creamers and cream. AND I DON'T ORDER CREAMERS OR CREAM ON MY ORDERS. THEY TAKE UPON THEMSELVES TO ADD . DON'T ADD CREAM OR CREAMER WHEN IM NOT ORDERING ANY CREAM OR CREAMERS IN MY ORDER. FOLLOWING DIRECTIONS HELPS MORE THAN ANYTING
